Chiamiamo questo appartamento al terzo piano pieno di luce, Piet's Perch. È progettato per essere il luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e ricaricarsi, sia che tu abbia passato la giornata esplorando la Città di Smeraldo o innovando nel vicino corridoio high-tech. 

(Se Piet's Perch non è disponibile, o le due rampe di scale sono scoraggianti, controlla l'adorabile Jewel Box al piano principale. C'è un link nel nostro profilo.) 

Costruito nel 1922 e convertito in condomini nel 2007, Piet's Perch è pieno di fascino e tutto il necessario per una favolosa esperienza urbana. Le finestre si aprono su un cortile interno, lasciando entrare molta luce e proteggendoti dai rumori della città. Esci e sei a pochi passi dagli uffici di Pike Place Market, Space Needle, AMZN e MSFT, ottimi ristoranti, musica e altro.

Hosts were great. Very responsive and communicative. The place itself was very clean, bright and had everything needed for a short or long stay. The washer/dryer combo was an excellent plus. The check in process was easy and the location was perfect! The building was clean but the street was a little less so. The immediate block was a little run down but I always felt safe. Its surrounded by nice areas and as I said, within walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. This is no fault of the hosts. Thought I would mention it. Overall it was exactly what I needed and wanted for a 4 night stay in Seattle. I recommend it for a solo traveler or a couple on a budget. Thanks

A great location - Comfortable Stay!

Great place for walking to all of the Seattle visitor sites, easy walk to restaurants, grocery stores and light rail. The only downside for me was I had multiple pieces of luggage and the unit was on the third floor - a bit of a challenge walking the stairs - otherwise - GREAT!

This was a great little apartment! Very clean with lots of amenities. The hosts left great info about the apartment and their favorite restaurants and attractions in the area. They were also very responsive. The apartment was in a great location within walking distance to many attractions and lots of food options. Highly recommend this to any single or couple staying in downtown Seattle.

Wonderful place to stay in Seattle

We stayed when coming to town for a concert and it was perfect in every way. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean and welcoming. - Top Pot donuts for breakfast was a perfect bonus in the morning.

A Seattle apartment

Well, there were many great things about this Seattle apartment, but the best feature was the location. Headquarters, the Amazon Go Store, and even the Bainbridge Island water taxi. John had a very helpful binder with various restaurant suggestions. We did not have a car so even the Westlake Link Rail Station / Monorail Station were nearby. All in all, a great place to stay while you explore Seattle.

Everything you need is in that pretty appartment. Super clean and well decorated!!! Perfectly located between the space needdle and the public market. Thanks to our host John and Lynn for the beautiful set-up upon our arrival. We would go back for sure!

it was a wonderful and clean What is it? studio apartment location for downtown Seattle. We were able to walk everywhere. Were you able to walk to tour downtown easily. It is a safe and nice neighborhood!

Perfect location and well-furnished apartment

The apartment is well-located for seeing most of Seattle's tourist sites on foot, and it was easy to find food and groceries nearby. It was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Lots of hot water; everything was as promised and the owner was very responsive. We would most definitely book it again if coming to Seattle.

Great Stay!

The host was very communicative and the location was great. Situated between the Space Needle and Pikes Place Market, we were able to walk to local landmarks, restaurants, and markets. We had a great time and would definitely recommend.

Nice comfortable place for resting after a busy day in town

Nice place, well kept, clean, comfortable. Like a hotel suite, and a little more, in an older/more traditional and smaller building. Excellent location. Can get anywhere walking or a short Uber ride. Host has thought about everything and is very helpful. I will definitely check availability next time I visit Seattle again.

Location was great. We arrived about 45 minutes early. John allowed us to enter the facility when we reached out to him. Walking distance to major points of interest, mass transit, grocery stores, restaurants , and more. The bed was comfortable. Having the kitchen allowed us to do a little cooking. The washer/dryer enabled us to keep the towels fresh for use. Using the City Pass, we did all the tourist traps including the Mt. Rainier one day excursion. I would also recommend going to Tacoma for the Glass Museum, Defiance Point Zoo and Aquarium.
