Courtesy shuttle never came, waited ~22min before catching a Lyft. No reason it should have taken that long when the hotel is located 6min away from the airport. After calling the hotel front desk a second time, I was then informed to look for the “sleep inn” courtesy shuttle, when I was staying at a comfort inn property. These instructions were not written in the initial message I received from the property.
Then, at check in, I was asked to pay $200 for incidentals. This is an outrageous amount for a 3 star hotel at best. Front desk person also seemed a bit irritable which only added to my subpar experience.
