Contemporary Urban Sanctuary

Spend a luxurious summer in Seattle. Our house offers a beautifully furnished space with all the things you need for an amazing stay. From the large roof-top deck you can enjoy a view of Mt. Ranier and Greenlake, which is less than a block away. An easy walk to gourmet grocery stores, restaurants and bars. Enjoy your own happy hour around the 2 outdoor fire-tables. There are also 2 double-sided fireplaces inside to cozy up to. Easy access to downtown, the water, and the mountains. It's all here.
The space
The house has 4 floors, with a large custom spiral staircase from top to bottom. The lowest level has pub games, a game table, and a piano. The living room and dining room are separated by a double-sided fireplace, and are opened to a fully appointed gourmet kitchen. Outside the kitchen is a large patio with cozy seating around a fire-table. There is also a grill available. The primary bedroom and luxury ensuite are separated by a double-sided fireplace. The other 2 bedrooms can easily be used as dedicated offices. The top floor (the "crowsnest"), which leads out to the roof-top deck, is a perfect place to spend time looking out at the lake and mountains. We have a Peleton bike set up so you can work-out while enjoying the view. The deck is fully furnished with a comphy couch and chaise lounge and chairs around a large fire-table. This house has a space for whatever type of day or night you want to make it.
Guest access
Our guests will have full access to the main house, with 2 doors in front, one door in the back, and through the attached garage. There is an "owners closet" on the ground floor which will be closed to our guests. The property also has a detached office which is not part of the rental. This space is used exclusively by the owner and has it's own entrance.
Other things to note
We love our house and have surrounded ourselves with art and beauty. Even the dining room table is like a piece of art.
