Keyless entry lets you arrive on your schedule. Check in times are generally from 4pm-10pm, please update us on any deviations from this schedule. You'll receive your unique access code and detailed instructions on how to use the lock 24 hours before check-in. And just in case there’s an emergency backup key on-site if the internet ever goes down.

Sleeping arrangements
The home sleeps up to six guests across three queen bedrooms, each with its own tree themed character. All bedrooms feature comfortable beds with memory foam hybrid mattresses, blackout curtains, sound machines, phone chargers, and clothing storage. All bedrooms include TVs, while one offers a dedicated workspace with office supplies and a second computer monitor (upon request). Hair dryers, makeup mirrors, and robes are provided to make settling in easy.

There is one shared bathroom with a shower and tub combination, a well-lit vanity, and bathroom essentials provided for your stay.

Welcome to our peaceful creek side retreat in North Seattle. This private 3-bedroom lower-level home is one half of a thoughtfully renovated duplex. Each home has its own private entrance, covered BBQ patio, and outdoor living area, so you'll have plenty of space to relax while sharing a beautifully landscaped, fully fenced backyard with Thornton Creek, a fire pit, and room for children and dogs to play.
Whether you're visiting Seattle for a few days or settling in for a longer stay, we've designed the home to be comfortable, well-equipped, and easy to make your own. Accessibility features, including a wheelchair ramp, shower chair, toilet riser, and grab bars, are available with advance notice.
Because the home is surrounded by mature trees and Thornton Creek, you may occasionally see wildlife or insects. We have professional, environmentally friendly pest control service every month to help keep the property comfortable while preserving its natural setting.
For everyone's safety, exterior security cameras monitor the entrances and parking area only—there are no cameras inside the home. We also use noise, smoke, and occupancy monitoring devices to help protect both our guests and the property.
Guest Verification Required
Within 24 hours of booking, you'll be asked to complete a Pre-Arrival Form and electronically sign our Rental Agreement. All reservations require identity verification prior to check-in. Same-day reservations require a government-issued photo ID, a credit card matching the reservation name, and a selfie/photo of the guest holding their ID to verify identity.
30+ day stays require a rental lease and refundable deposit. Pricing is subject to change based on lease terms, conditions & seasonality
