This spacious home is primed for family-friendly comfort. Showcasing a spacious, well-appointed interior, the home also boasts a large, private yard area and furnished outdoor spaces so you can make the most of your time in the Evergreen State. Two indoor living areas provide plenty of room to spread out, and each includes a smart TV and sofa seating. The open-concept kitchen is sure to be a centerpiece for family gatherings and mealtimes can be shared with friends or family around the adjacent dining table. There are some great hiking trails close to home, along with boating opportunities on Lake Desire and Spring Lake. Cyclists can access the Cedar River Trail and ride it all the way into downtown Renton, passing beautiful parks and green spaces along the way. Golfers can tee it up at Maplewood Golf Course. Nearby attractions include the Jimi Hendrix Memorial and Gene Coulon Memorial Beach Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great space

We had a family trip to Seattle for Thanksgiving and the property has great space for everyone. We enjoyed ourselves and will look for the space the next trip again!

Great Stay

In town for a Family Wedding and this house was our base of operations. Convenient location for all of our activities. Had a couple of minor issues during our stay but it was easy to communicate with the host and they resolved the issues quickly. Very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again on a future trip to the area.

Cleanliness was appalling.

Upon our arrival, we found this home disgustingly dirty. Not only was there dust, dog hair and cobwebs everywhere. We found old, moldy coffee grounds in the coffee maker. There was a residue of filth beneath one of the shower mats. There was a large stain on the sheets of the bed in the primary suite. And, as if all of that wasn’t enough, the bidet attachment on one of the toilets was caked in feces. It was incredibly disappointing after a long drive across the state, to have to deep clean this home instead of relaxing and enjoying the company of our family for the holiday.

Gorgeous house, quiet neighborhood

This house was amazing! Two floors, a patio that led to a fully fenced yard, and a porch that overlooked it all. Kitchen contained everything we needed and then some. Televisions were a little confusing, even for my teens (one Google Chromecast, one Roku, and one that my 15-y-o took over) but we survived. Fast wi-fi, good water pressure. No amenities in the shower area. Would TOTALLY stay here again.
