Explore the UW and Green Lake area from this Contemporary 3BR townhouse! Minutes away from UW, Lake Union, buses, trails. Featuring 1 king, 2 queen, 1 full sofa bed, providing a tasteful retreat in a quiet suburban neighborhood as well as the quick access to food, bars, and fun places to hang out. Ideal home!

Step into our elegantly crafted 3-level single-family home, thoughtfully curated for a refined and unforgettable escape. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped with our amenities, this residence ensures a truly comfortable and indulgent stay. A few steps lead you to the grand entrance.

FIRST FLOOR:



The main-floor living room exudes style, featuring a comfortable sofa bed and a convenient half bathroom.



SECOND FLOOR:

The second floor offers two well-appointed bedrooms, each equipped with a queen bed and plenty of clothing storage, and a full bathroom supplied with full stock of bath supplies.



THIRD FLOOR

On the third floor, you'll find the master bedroom with a king size bed, a cozy sanctuary offering privacy and comfort. It features stylish furnishings and ample clothing storage.

- One city-issued street parking permit (first-come-first-served street parking on the day of use). We will inform you as soon as possible in case of loss or failure of return by the previous guests。

The entire home is included in this rental. Guest access will be granted via a smart lock.

The house is located in Roosevelt district, which is the heart of UW and Green Lake area. It's incredibly close to restaurants, malls, transportations, and major attractions.

- You'll get one city-issued street parking permit for the designated zone. Keep in mind that parking is first-come, first-served and can be difficult to find sometimes. Only one guest permit is granted by the city so additional permits aren’t available.

- We welcome families with children, but please note that the home is not child-proofed and please supervise children at all times.

- Maintenance workers (e.g. landscapers) may stop by to work on exterior areas, but they won't be allowed inside the home without your permission. Also, there might be pest control measures in place that include baits (e.g. ant baits) inside the home. While they are usually placed in areas out of reach for children, please don't leave them unsupervised.

- This home has multiple stories and is not wheelchair friendly. Please see above for the floor-by-floor layout.

- For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.

- Regular rate is for 6 guests, additional guests are $25/person/night up to a maximum of 8 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.

- We have dynamic pricing, rates change daily and we don't honor yesterday's pricing.

- We stick to our cancellation policy, so consider getting travel insurance to secure your booking.

- Strictly NO parties and events ($500 fine); Quiet hours between 10pm-8am

- NO smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted anywhere on the property, including outdoor areas.

- NO digital piracy

- NO shoes in the home.

Seattle trip

Great location. Bottom floor was a bit chilly. Seemed as though heater could not get it warm but bedrooms were very comfortable. Everything clean. Great location. Nice kitchen and bathrooms/showers were great.
