i had a horrible time at this property. EXTREMELY GHETTO!
every day i looked out my window there was police cars. EVERY SINGLE DAY. even ambulances. had to arrest some crazy guy who was yelling nonstop one morning.
on top of that i had to ASK for replacement towels or if i wanted my beddings made. smh.
the most damning thing is the poor service. one morning i hear loud banging on my door and then it suddenly opens: it’s the cleaning lady. she says we need to be out by 11 and check our. i’m confused because i have another day on my reservation and i tell her. she leaves. 30 minutes later another loud knock followed by my door being opened AGAIN! it’s someone from the front desk with a rude attitude telling me i have 30 minutes to leave or be charged.
Even when i go to the front desk with proof she is still giving me attitude. some lady with piercings. anyway only after i prove her wrong with a receipt for another day she profusely apologies. received no sort of compensation for this horrible stay.
