Modern 3 Bedroom Townhouse w/ Private Rooftop

Enjoy a modern townhouse located in Crownhill, a friendly North Ballard Neighborhood. Large windows for great light. Clean and contemporary finishes throughout the home. Generous sized roof decks with views to the Sound. The home comes with Wi-Fi, self check-in, and free parking for one car. Our Airbnb is within driving distance to several popular restaurants, shops, and parks. An ideal base to explore Seattle. Absolutely NO PARTIES!

-First Floor: two bedrooms featuring queen beds and 1 shared full bathroom
-Second Floor: Living space, with two couches, TV, and full modern kitchen, lots of natural light
-Third Floor: Master suite with queen bed and attached full bathroom, large modern shower, and plenty of closet space. The free in-unit washer and dryer is also on this floor.
-Fourth Floor: Rooftop deck with seating for 6. Beautiful 360 degree views and a propane powered fire pit table.

Guests will have access to the entire home and rooftop patio area.

No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure and keyless entry.

Crownhill is a beautiful, quiet, clean neighborhood on the edge of Ballard. Walking distance to restaurants, beaches, and nearby parks. A great place to visit while in the Seattle area. Many bars and restaurants in walking distance or an easy drive to the artsy neighborhood of Greenwood. You're also very close to the Puget sound, where you can visit the beautiful Carkeek Park, Greenlake or Sunset Hill.

Link Light Rail

The closets light rail location to the home is the Northgate Station. It’s located about 3 miles away, or an 11 minute drive. The light rail offers easy access to downtown’s Pike Place Market, boardwalks, Ferris wheel and more. You can also take the light rail directly to the stadium at UW or downtown.

Whenever I have enough time, I always take the light rail to the airport because it costs $3 vs $35-$65 Uber or Lyft. Keep in mind, it will take much longer to light rail vs driving but it will help you avoid heavy traffic if that's an issue.

Bus

The closest bus stop is located on Mary Ave and Holman which is directly across the Street from Thirsty's - about a 1 minute walk from our Townhouse. Our recommendation is to use G Maps and put in your location, then select bus for the best directions. They only take cash to make sure you have $2.50.

Whenever I have enough time, I always take the bus because it's much cheaper than Uber or Lyft.

Uber & Lyft

The fastest and most reliable mode of transportation in our opinion. Simply download the App and go. Uber/Lyft Driver’s are always minutes away and cost an average of $20-35 per ride.

Turo & Car2Go

You can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app.

Parking

Others than the one spot provided, street parking is available and is usually pretty ample.

Please note, there are several stairs in the home separating each level. There are about 10 steps per level.

The AC/heat is controlled within each room. You can use the remote to control the master’s suite and living space. The two downstairs bedrooms do not have A/C but stay pretty cool from the upper rooms.

Absolutely No Parties unless specifically requested and approved. If any glitter or confetti is found or if you bring more than 6 guests, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines.

**Important:** We are committed to protecting our properties and keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations, which is why you will be asked to complete our independent verification. You'll be required to pay for a $35 Damage Waiver or you have the option to Pre-authorize up to $500 to be charged in case of accidental damage with a Non-refundable $15 transaction fee, in addition to the reservation cost. Please take this fee in consideration before booking.
Please no shoes in the house.

Guests can check-in anytime after 4 pm

Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!)

Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner.

We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property.

Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines.

Please treat the home as if it was your own and leave it as you found it. Above all, enjoy Seattle and all it has to offer! ♥️

No restroom on main living area. 16 stairs up or 16 stairs down to use the bathroom. No A/C in the 2 downstairs bedrooms.

we had a perfect stay at this place with friends, well stocked house , great location, clean, good instructions from the host. the only struggle we had was parking , we had a minivan and the designated parking spot was a challenging situation parking wise. also we cudnt find a street parking that easily.

This multilevel house worked well for a weekend visiting family. The common space has a nicely appointed kitchen, although not a ton of comfortable lounging space in relation to the television. A little bit tight. The furnishings were new and well kept. The star of the show was the rooftop balcony with views of the water, the cascade mountains, and the Olympics. There is a little bit of noise at night due to its proximity to a major thoroughfare. Lots of stairs, so be mindful of that. Check in was super easy and we enjoyed our stay. Recommend.

We had a great stay over Thanksgiving. The location was perfect, and the 3 bedroom townhouse was exactly what we needed for our family with two children. Highly recommended!

Stayed here over a weekend and had an excellent experience. Everything was close by for us, parking was easy and the place was perfectly comfortable for the six of us. Would definitely recommend staying here.
