This home comfortably accommodates up to 4 overnight guests and allows 4 additional daytime visitors (no overnight stay):

🔑 Guest Access
You’ll have exclusive access to the entire lower unit, complete with a private entrance and full privacy from the upper unit.
Only the laundry area is shared. There is no interior access between units.
Customer service is available daily from 8 AM to midnight for your convenience.

1️⃣ 【No Parties or Events (Unless Pre-Approved)】
Parties or events are not allowed without prior approval. However, small gatherings may be permitted with a pre-approved event package at an additional cost of $200 per night, allowing up to 30 total visitors (including registered guests).
2️⃣ Quiet Hours: 10PM – 8AM
Please respect neighborhood peace and quiet.
3️⃣ No Smoking:
Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. A $300 fee applies if detected.
4️⃣ Pet Policy:
We welcome up to 2 small dogs (under 20 lbs) — no cats. A pet fee applies. Pets must stay off furniture and bedding, be supervised, and cleaned up after.
5️⃣ No Shoes Indoors:
Please remove shoes to help maintain a clean home.
6️⃣ Self-Catering:
Starter supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) are provided. Guests may restock as needed.
7️⃣ Early Check-In / Late Check-Out:
Available case by case with 1-day advance notice. Additional fee may apply.
8️⃣ Lost & Found:
Items left behind can be shipped for a $50 handling fee + shipping cost.
