Nuovissima minuscola casa vicino all'aeroporto di Sea-Tac, autostrade principali come la I-5, la I-405 e i trasporti pubblici. Cucina completa e bagno dal design moderno. Letti confortevoli e bellissimo paesaggio.

Lo spazio

La nostra piccola casa ti farà sentire come a casa. È moderno, efficiente e confortevole.

La casa si trova nel nostro cortile, pad parcheggio ghiaia per il vostro veicolo. Lo Smart Lock fornirà ad ogni ospite il suo codice univoco per accedere alla proprietà. Se arrivate con più di un'auto, disponiamo di un ampio parcheggio in strada. La proprietà è sotto sorveglianza 24 ore su 24 per la vostra permanenza in sicurezza.

INTERNI:

Ci sono due loft - sia queen size e un futon full size per 5 persone per stare comodamente.

La pompa di calore manterrà il luogo fresco in estate e caldo in inverno. Due finestre di grandi dimensioni forniscono molta luce naturale e rendono lo spazio più aperto.

La cucina è completamente attrezzata con fornello a gas, frigorifero, bollitore, tostapane e tutto il necessario per cucinare e mangiare. Il tavolo da pranzo può ospitare comodamente 6 persone. Al vostro arrivo sono disponibili snack, acqua, tè e caffè gratuiti.

Il bagno ha una doccia e servizi igienici residenziali. Saranno forniti sapone per le mani, shampoo 3 in 1, bagnoschiuma e bagnoschiuma.

I loft possono essere accessibili da scale ripide. Se non ti senti a tuo agio con scale e altezza del soffitto basso, questo NON è il posto che fa per te.

NESSUN FUMO o VAPE all'interno della casa. Se hai bisogno di fumare, ti preghiamo di farlo all'esterno o il deposito sarà preso.

NESSUN CALZATURE all'interno della casa. Le pantofole sono fornite.

Good experience

It was fun to experience a tiny house!Everything in the home was very nice—basically hotel quality. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed listening to the rain falling on the house while we slept. I liked that they kept the bed linens simple, but they were adequate. The temperature was good and easy to regulate as well. Our check-in process was rocky, as we didn’t have the instructions until after we arrived. The hot water in the shower worked well the first time and the water pressure was great. The second day, we could not get it above warm and that was with the sink running, which took away from the shower water pressure. We were in a hurry to leave and didn’t have time to contact the property managers for help. We also wondered if there was a way to turn off the lights in the yard around the house to make it darker inside for sleeping. It was still a good experience and I recommend it to others!

Everything was perfect!!

Our stay at this property was excellent. Clean, cozy, private & convenient. Our host was great. Excellent communication and you can tell a lot of thought was put into making the check in/out process and the stay was super easy and stress free. Highly recommended!

The cutest little spot

Very clean, just like the pictures, and adorable! Perfect size for me and a friend. The bathroom is bigger than you might expect which was nice! Overall I’d love to come again!

This tiny house was so cute! We found ourselves frustrated with an alarm installed inside this house, that is easily set off and hard to avoid. There were directions on how to avoid the alarm, but even attempting to follow these directions, we would inevitably set off the alarm. We only used this facility to sleep. This listing says it sleeps five, and with three of us, it was a bit cramped (with the understanding this is a tiny house! It’s meant to be small!) the two full beds in the loft didn’t seem fit for two people to share, and there were no sheets or pillow for the couch/fold down bed. I’m sure if I would’ve reached out, the hosts would be happy to provide bedding! But we were there for a wedding and had a very hectic weekend. Never thought to ask until it was much too late at night.

Our experience was great! The location is perfect, it felt safe and private. It’s minimalistic and has all the necessities. It helped make our stay in Washington even more enjoyable. The homeowners were easy to reach and answered all our questions. We would definitely stay again!!

Wonderful to experience "Tiny Home" living!

Great location for our needs. Well equipped. I chose this home specifically for the experience of staying in a tiny home. I love how practical it would be for one person full time. My friend that stayed with me also enjoyed the tiny home, especially the size of the bathroom. It was great for the both of us for the weekend! :) Our hosts were very communicative and gracious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Tiny House in Des Moines

Lovely tiny house. The Good: Vi and Tri, the owners, are WONDERFUL! Tiny house was very clean. The TH is directly on the SeaTac flight path so you do hear the planes. My wife and I love to sit and watch the planes so this was a bonus for us. Starbucks/Safeway/laundromat is a 15 min walk. Angle Lake Link Train station is an additional 15 min walk. Downtown Des Moines (towards the water) is about a 20 min + walk. Some wonderful places to eat there! Anthony's is right on the water and has a great deck. Very good security to enter the TH and we felt safe in the neighbourhood. Uber is about $20 to the rental car facility. The TH is well equipped. The not quite as good. The TH is tiny so more than 2 adults would make it 'cozy'. In summer, don't forget to turn the kitchen tap on hot for a shower (Tri informed of this). No laundry in the TH. If you are a 'get up in the night to go to the bathroom' type, either sleep on the fold out couch or sleep in the loft with stairs, not the loft with a ladder. Would we stay again.....absolutely!!!!

The property was lit up when we arrived, and it was very festive! Everything was very easy to find (controls to lights, heat, extra washcloths) and to use. Once we understood how the gate locked worked, it was really easy. Bed was super comfortable!

We loved our week long stay in this Tiny House. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the fenced yard offered plenty of privacy. The hosts were very responsive to our messages and questions. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean, adorable, and private.

This was our first time experiencing a tiny house and it definitely didn’t disappoint! Despite being in someone’s backyard, it was very private. The entire place was spotless clean and everything was clearly labeled. My only complaint was there wasn’t much space to put your bags-which is understood because it’s a tiny house, I just wish they had a small storage area so our bags weren’t in the way. But besides that-I would definitely reccomend this adorable tiny house for your next vacation!

Clean and close to airport!

We enjoyed our stay, the tiny house is immaculate and well planned out! We were close to the airport and driving into Seattle was quick. Great buy! Only downside was the airplane noise but that wasn't a big deal for us. More bedding for the pull out would be a good idea.

The perfect little getaway!

My husband and I rented this property for a weekend trip to Seattle. It was absolutely perfect! Even though it is on the owner’s property, it’s at the back and feels very private. The house is immaculate and has wonderful amenities. One of my favorite things is that the bathroom is actually a really good size. The kitchen was stocked with the necessary equipment, and even has a great tea and coffee selection. We will definitely be renting again the next time we are in Seattle! We had always wanted to see what tiny house living would be like, and this was the perfect opportunity. You won’t regret your stay here!

I liked the setting, very comfortable, secure and private. The house was immaculately clean and organized, well stocked with necessities, and roomy enough for 3. The only negative would be the air traffic noise, but then again, the description does say..."near airport". Not a deal killer in my opinion, and I would definitely stay there again

Perfect for mother and tween daughter

The place is really lovely--clean, modern, updated. Everything has just the right spot. We drove to the nearby Angle Lake station and easily rode the metro into the city. A great way to see Seattle and save a little on accommodation. Des Moines itself doesn't offer a lot of dining options (although we really enjoyed Wally's Chowder House). Free off-street parking, close to Sea-Tac--but getting in and out of the loft beds is something to be aware of for anyone with any mobility concerns. A great find.

Awesome Private Tiny Home

We rented the tiny home for a few days after a cruise to Alaska. I thought it would be interesting to see what tiny living was like. It was great. I was a little concerned about privacy since this is in the owners backyard but after the initial welcome we never saw anyone the whole time we were there. They have an awesome set up that I would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to the area.

Tiny House living at its best!

The Tiny House was amazing. This was our first experience staying in a tiny house and I would not hesitate to stay here again. The pictures are 100% accurate, and Vi and Tri are easily reachable if you need them. The ONLY thing you need to be aware of is there is little storage, but that's because it's a tiny house! Pack lighter and enjoy. Everything, and I mean EVERYTHING is labeled from the light switches to the sugar, salt and pepper. This place totally rocks and it is safe, secure and VERY comfortable. Great job guys, look forward to staying with you again!
