If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we provide 1 parking permit for an outdoor parking space. If driving is something you would like to avoid during your stay, there are many convenient, easily accessible transportation options close to our home. ✔ Car Rental ✔ Taxis ✔ Both Lyft & UBER operate in the area. There are also very walkable and excellent transit options. Multiple bus routes take you downtown.

*. Step Disclosure: The entrance is in the back of the house and there are few steps at the entrance.
*. Noise Disclosure: There may be guests staying in the upstairs unit. You may hear some noise from time to time from upstairs.
*. AC Disclosure: Thermostat control is only available in the upper unit. However, portable heaters are provided for additional heating as needed.
*. Parking Disclosure：There is no dedicated parking for this home. We provide a city-issued guest parking permit for free street parking and the space is usually quite available.
*. Shared facility: Laundry room and gym is shared with the upstairs guest.
*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.
*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is very very strictly prohibited. Quiet hour after 9pm.
*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per day.
*. Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome at $100 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation.
*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
