Nuovissima casa di 110 anni ristrutturata. Casa di 1100 piedi quadrati che fu originariamente costruita nei primi anni del 1900. Una ristrutturazione completa dal frame up. Posizione molto privata senza strade.

La cucina ha tutto il necessario per cucinare a casa o portare fuori. Fibra dedicata Wireless ad alta velocità. La proprietà è super conveniente fin da SR 9. Minuti per WA-522 e I-405. 2 miglia a N del centro di Woodinville e 8 miglia a sud di Snohomish. A un'ora di distanza dal passo Stevens (accesso diretto diretto). Animali domestici (adoriamo i nostri cani!) e abbiamo 6 acri tra cui Little Bear Creek che puoi visitare. Diamo il benvenuto a persone di ogni provenienza.

Caffè gratis! Incluso nel soggiorno è una varietà di cialde di caffè Keurig. Sono inclusi anche shampoo, balsamo per capelli e sapone per il corpo, sapone per bucato e detersivo per piatti.

Padroni di casa super amichevoli che vivono anche nella proprietà dei sei acri (casa separata a 3 acri di distanza) che include ruscello Little Bear Creek, fienile / stalle e 3 acri di foresta e zone umide non sviluppate.

Loved our stay. The owners have made this a home away from home. Well appointed and great yard. The location is on Route 9 which is a bit busy but was perfect for our purposes. Close to restaurants, shopping and parks.

Beautiful home, clean and exactly as describes. The owners were extremely communicative (in a good way) and checked in on us each day to see if there was anything we needed. Not as far away from things as you'd expect!A little tricky to find the first time, but once you find it, it's easy to remember.Would definitely stay again!

We competed in a dog event in Monroe and needed a larger space than a hotel provides. We messaged with the owner before booking and were allowed to bring our 3 well behaved show dogs. It’s a quiet property and everything is as described. The home is extremely clean and has everything we needed. While the yard is fenced it’s short in a couple areas and our larger dogs need more of a fence to contain them. With the road nearby we just walked them and there was plenty of space to walk. Neighborhood is very safe. The road noise was canceled out by the provided noise machines. Lots of wineries and great restaurants close by. Wish we could have stayed longer.

After a long day out and about it was nice to be able to come back to a quiet area where we could just let loose and be ourselves! We took full advantage of the amenities the hot tub was a fave for us all! The stocked kitchen was also a great bonus! And last but not least the beds were amazing!

We stayed here with 6 adults total. The house was perfect for a weekend getaway to Woodinville to wine taste. We were close to everything and it was great to come home and cook and enjoy wine while we relaxed at the house. The kitchen was a great place to hang out and we had everything we needed for cooking and serving meals.We will definitely stay here again!

This location worked for us as we had several events within a 12-mile radius and had a car. We were a family of 4 adults so had plenty of space. Kitchen had everything we needed. Coffee maker plus coffee was a huge bonus. We enjoyed the hot tub. All instructions were very clear. I will say the house is on a very busy street, but the road noise was minimal inside the house.

The house has reasonable check in and check out procedures, and is immaculate. We loved the hot tub. They seem to use really scented products, and I had a reaction to them. They were nice enough to speedily deliver new sheets washed in water.

We had a great stay and the house was super clean and modern. Hosts were great. Consider the 4 stars a 4.5 since it doesn’t give the option. The location was private but on a main road so not a place for quiet contemplation. But for us it worked perfect. Beds were awesome and got rested. They also have sound machines in the bedrooms. We would stay again.

Clean, modernized, private, and spacious! This was the perfect place for our family to stay! Close enough to all major attractions we wanted to see. This was our home base for visiting the Museum of Pop Culture, Seattle Center, shopping, and a Mariners game! Plenty of room for our family of five. Great hot tub for relaxing and very private. The hosts are amazing and very quick to reply with any questions or needs. Highly recommend!

We rented the house to be in town for a wedding. With all the family gatherings and people visiting it made sense to have some they that felt like a home base rather than a hotel. The place was perfect. The property is just beautiful. I didn’t want to leave. The house itself was exactly what we wanted. Cozy, clean and plenty of room to spread out and unpack. Close to everything and clean up instructions couldn’t have been easier. Loved it.

this is our third stay at this property and it never disappoints. We enjoyed a peaceful time here, visiting with family and friends. and our dogs love to run and chase each other in the yard. Beds are comfy and the kitchen is very well appointed. There is a new tv, washer, and coffeemaker. Bravo!

What a great place! PMs were great. Coffee pot broke and within a couple hours there was a new one. Very clean. Hot tub was lovely and private. Would stay again.
