Beautiful 2BD/2BA unit located at Downtown Seattle`s only waterfront condominium.

Light filled with high ceilings and many updates including new furniture, this unit overlooks a quiet courtyard with a sliver view of the Puget Sound.

You`ll be just steps from Pike Place Market, Myrtle Edwards Park, museums, galleries & countless restaurants & shops.

The building amenities includes 24/7 concierge and gated parking with 2 parking spaces.

**NOTE ABOUT CONSTRUCTION WORK** There is a fence that is currently up in front of the building due to bike path construction. Alaskan Way is reduced to one lane 24/7, with temporary parking restrictions, but sidewalk and building access is open. Guests will need to walk around the fence to get to the building office when they check-in. Contact us with any questions.

This light, bright, air conditioned apartment boasts 1,127 sqft, 9 foot ceilings, fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms (each with a Queen bed), 2 baths (one has a soaking tub), 2 parking spaces and a great location! The bedrooms are separated by the living room.

Pike Place is right next to it as well as the Space Needle, Pop Museum and the Show Box for concerts. Very close to the waterfront, Pioneer Square, the football and baseball stadiums.

The condo can sleep 6 adults:
- 2 in the master bedroom (Queen size bed) + ensuite bath with separate shower and soaking tub.
- 2 in the guest bedroom (Queen size bed) / guest bathroom is off the kitchen, not ensuite, and with shower only.
- 2 on the living room sofa bed (Queen Size)

(Keep in mind this is a 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo and the space might feel cramped with full occupancy)

Your apartment is part of an HOA community. Building amenities are available for residents but not for renters. Please note that we can`t guarantee building amenities such as elevator availability and operation during your stay.

PARKING:
You get two assigned parking space in the garage.

ATTENTION: PARKING & GARAGE RULES

Please follow the rules below so you don’t get a fine!

1. Every resident must wait for the garage door to close after entering or leaving. This includes motor vehicles, motorcycles, bicycles and pedestrians entering/exiting through the garage door. If two or more vehicles are leaving in immediate succession, the last out is responsible for waiting. If two or more vehicles are entering in immediate succession, the first must allow the door to close to assure the second vehicle has a garage remote. If two vehicles are entering and leaving at the same time, the entering vehicle must wait. (No warning required for fine.)

2. Speed limit in the garage is 10 miles per hour. (No warning required for fine.)

***This property requires a $300.00 security deposit. It will be collected separately by us prior to your arrival. The $300 security deposit is a requirement to book a stay within the Homeowners Association of the Building. You will be required to upload your credit card into our secure guest portal for a $300 pre-authorization hold. The authorization will expire automatically after 5 days and your deposit returned in full if there are no violations/deductions. Upon receipt of a notice of a rule violation, the renter responsible for the violation will have to pay for the fine and agrees to have us charge your credit card for the fine imposed by the building HOA.

Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.

You`ll be required to retrieve the keys of your unit from the building concierge. For that, we`ll send you a digital template of their rental agreement where you have to fill out some information, provide your ID and sign.

Please make best efforts to arrive during business hours or your access to the unit might get delayed as support is not immediately available.

Skyscrapers overlook Elliott Bay in Seattle’s compact Downtown. Shoppers buy local crafts and produce in vibrant Pike Place Market, with its eclectic restaurants and food stalls, or hit big-name stores like Nordstrom. The busy Central Waterfront has a giant Ferris wheel and the Seattle Aquarium, while cultural attractions in the wider area include the Seattle Art Museum and the 1928 Paramount Theatre.

Public transportation, Uber/Lyft are great options to move around.

There are quite a few stairs from the condo to get up to Pikes Market and the downtown area. Although there is a public elevator to avoid some of the stairs there are stairs that will need to be negotiated if you are walking to that area.

It is a city apartment, you may hear traffic noise and activities on the waterfront, such as construction, train, pier and marina. Noise reduced when balcony door and windows are closed.

Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep volume to a minimum. The neighbors below us are most impacted by noise. We request that guests remove shoes upon entry, and especially avoid wearing high heels on the hardwood floor.

ATTENTION! Home has tile floors. Be careful with wet feet and when wearing socks.

Please inquire before confirming your booking if you`re not 100% sure about the space. The description and the pictures were meant to describe it as much as possible, but if you have any questions please don`t hesitate to ask them.
HOUSE SPECIFIC RENTAL TERMS & POLICIES:
By booking this home you agree to the rules and conditions outlined at the Guest Terms page found by accessing air concierge online and navigating to the Footer where such terms can be found as titled Terms and Conditions Guest Terms - Air Concierge, as well as those denoted below. Should there be a conflict between the booking platform Terms and Conditions, and those listed on the link above or herein, then the terms most favorable to us as the Host shall take effect.

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
-Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in needs to be in-person and between 4-9pm.
-Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
-HOA of the Building where this condo is located requires renter to sign a rental agreement (digitally) and provide a photocopy of a government issued ID for before check-in.
-This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
-Maintenance schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay. We also request that our maintenance teams are not turned away if they should overlap your stay.
-Absolutely no parties or loud music.
-Absolutely NO Smoking of ANY substance on property, inside and out on the balcony. No warning required for a fine.
-NO animals or pets of any kind are permitted at the Property except (1) as specifically authorized in your reservation, or (2) bona fide service animals that we are required by law to allow. Emotional support animals are not permitted except as authorized pets. You agree that a prohibition on animals is not a guarantee that an animal has not been inside the Property or that the Property is free of animal or pet allergens. If pets were to be brought without our consent and knowledge, guests will have to pay twice the pet fee or will have their reservation cancelled immediately.
-Long term rentals (28+ days) not allowed.

Great location!

Easy check-in. The property was as described on the listing, having everything we needed. Spacious and clean. The location was lovely on the waterfront.The building is a hallway maze, which was a challenge. The beds are foam mattresses, which may be fine for some, but I found them uncomfortable.

Perfect location

Great central location. A ton of things within walking distance the unit wasn’t fancy but was very clean. Had everything we needed. First time staying at a Vrbo with an HOA. That adds a lot of hoops and paperwork and a ton of threats about fines. A bit of a maze with the elevator located toward back the building after several hallways and 4-5 turns. We only saw one other person in the building during our 4 day stay so no worries about noise.

Great apartment and location

We stayed here for a conference in Seattle. The only thing that could have been better is if we had more than 2 keys since there were 4 people. The reservation process through a 3rd party and site (Air Concierge) was unfamiliar, but the process was simple enough and we were able to check in easily.

Highly recommend for Waterfront/Pike Place Market/Downtown

Situated right on the waterfront, walking distance to many of the things we wanted to see. Check in with the building concierge was just as instructed and easy. All instructions from Air Concierge were easy to follow and responses to questions very quick. The unit was clean and comfortable. 100%would stay again.

SEA visit

Great location by the market and waterfront. We have stayed at this condo property before for the same reasons. Unit was nice, albeit a bit dated. Well equipped as we did some cooking of meals while there. Indoor parking was a big plus. Only issue is that the dishwasher was inoperable. Will stay there again next time in SEA.

Perfect walking distance, location to everything.

Our original plan was going for the NFL Seahawks vs. Eagle game. We were able to tour the space needle/Glass garden. Visit Pike Place and walk down around the Ferris wheel and shops all in one day. This Location was the best. My husband and Son-in-law even walked to the stadium for the game. Condo is very nice and roomy. The building and garage are very secure and safe. We had our 15 month old granddaughter and the condo didn’t have anything that we really needed to put away for safety reasons. If you’re ever in Seattle, you definitely want to stay here.

Great location

Everything was great about this location and stay. Just one incident at check-in .. we were given wrong keys and location of parking stalls . Went to the unit and keys didn’t open the door, and the parking stall was far from our room . Turned out the concierge inverted the room number, when we went down to the garage we came across another party with the same problem. I’m thinking we had their keys and vice versa . However all was worked out when we went back to the front office. Also want to mention that we were surprised at how much we had to clean after we left .. don’t we pay for cleaning fee? It wasn’t really a problem, but would think that making sure the dishes were left clean in the dishwasher was good enough instead of having to put them all away, also emptying all the trash. Maybe you’ve had problems with other guests; but we always leave places clean after a stay, and this is the first time we were asked to do this. Other than that our stay was great

Wonderful location and comfortable, clean condo

The location was perfect for walking around Seattle and the free parking meant we could easily hop in the car to explore the edges of the city and a couple of national parks. It was super quiet, despite there being construction on Alaskan Way. The bed was so comfortable and the staff was very helpful. A fantastic experience, I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Great property

We loved this condo unit. Very clean and spacious. Perfect for family of four. Parking in the building was super convenient. Only downside is that the Lenora bridge to pike place is closed for construction so it was a bit longer walk than normal.
