Love this place. Price is perfect. Beds are super comfy. The layout was cool. Having my own personal bathroom not attached to our room was different but I didn’t mind. Using the kitchen saved us money and not having to toss leftovers. I’ll definitely return. Keep in mind there’s No parking so you do find the closest open street parking spot. Would definitely recommend for a single traveler or a couple on a budget!!

It was excellent! Room was clean! Room was spacious! Check in and check out is very simple! Very safe neighborhood! Lots of hills, but you can ride a lime scooter if you don’t want to walk up. Supermarket very close!

The room will encourage you to not spend much time in your accommodation and to get out and explore Seattle! Read on for details. Cons: had to carry my 50 lb luggage up 4 levels of stairs to get to our unit. Ouch. Not accessible for some guests! it was kind of giving hostel, tons of other guests going in and out all day and night, doors were very loud. And so were the guests (at all hours)— did i mention ear plugs? If booking is for 2 people, two sets of ear plugs would have been GREAT. The picture on the booking shows the bathroom attached to the unit like an en suite— this was **NOT** the case and I’m not sure why they are allowed to use a fake photo to advertise. The bathroom is outside the door of room in a shared hallway. It’s private and only you but it’s not in the room. You must unlock it to get in and lock it when you go back into your room. Not very comfortable or convenient in the middle of the night. No mirror in the room so again, unlock the door, go in the hallway, unlock the bathroom, there’s the mirror. No luck on late check out :( Pros: host was quick with any correspondence, bed was comfortable, walkable if you don’t mind using Lime scooters/bikes to nearby bus stop/link station, close to a grocery store, cute and safe neighborhood, clean bathroom and room, provided 1 set of ear plugs that literally saved my life in this building. Nice windows and lighting in the room. There was a shared community kitchen and laundry that we did not use but it is there.

Will charge you a $49 cleaning fee before giving you the access to the key. The unit located on the 4th floor but with NO elevator. Bedroom & bathroom are in two separated rooms both connected to the public area. Thin walls could hear the laughter and chat from the next very clearly. The key access in the bedroom has had been quite scattered upon my arrival. They charged me $150 from my deposit after I checked-out. For a lock I didn't break. Said to send me an invoice but seemingly forgot. Quick communication tho.

Sea smoke disaster

We booked through hotels.com. This was no hotel! It wasnt even a good Airbnb. We had to climb 48 stairs inside to our 4th floor room, 3 times to get luggage to our room. The mattress was 6 inches off the floor. No mirror in the room. You had to exit the bedroom into the hallway to use the bathroom. And every time you needed to go through a doorway you had to enter a digital access code. The mattress was mounted on a 6" high metal frame which made it extremely difficult to get in and out of bed. It might as well have been laying on the floor. After booking the room, the "management" insisted on an an extra cleaning fee. And after that another email from management insisted on a large damage deposit threatening withholding the digital door access codes. I had a cut on my elbow and it bled on the sheet. Instead of making an effort to clean the aheets using the money collected for a "cleaning fee" I was charged ocer $100 USD for new sheets. There are entire sheet sets on Amazon for much less money.

Landlord is super kind and friendly! Highly recommend this place if you come to visit Seattle! Only if you don’t drive a car, maybe you should walk a loooong steep road. Overall, it’s pretty good!

I loved the beautiful views of nature around me here! The room was clean and comfortable. It’s a really walkable pretty neighborhood too. Favorite part was the patio to watch the sunset.

If you are reading this review then AVOID this property. This is a hostel Don't get fooled by the pictures. Unless you will broke by spending another 30 bucks per night, stay away from it. --Unusable Kitchen Kitchen is on the ground floor and the room is on the 4th. That means if you want anything from kitchen the suit up, lock the door go do G floor and come back 4 floors up. I have dietary concerns and got my food with me, but couldn't eat it :( , because microwave was non-functional, asked repeatedly to fix but they didn't. -- Bathroom It is not attached, so if in the middle of the night one needs pee then suit-up, lock your door, unlock bathroom by punching the code, use it, lock the bathroom, unlock your door(code again) lock and sleep. By this time, you will lose your sleep already. Broken towel hanger, where will you hang the towel? -- Room Don't think they properly wash blanket etc, just sprayed a truck load of room freshener on it. After few hours, it started stinking. I did not sleep properly any night I stayed there, water dripping outside the room was very loud. --locked myself out almost Door lock wasn't properly fixed, when I opened the door it fell off. I was lucky. -- Locked myself inside with no help I called them to fix the lock but they didn't then I tried fixing the lock by bare hands, and locked myself inside, again no help from them. Only got "working on it" FORGET THEY WILL DO ANYTHING TO HELP YOU WHILE YOU STAY, you are on your own.

The room was quite inconvenient. It was located on the fourth floor, and the stairs were really tight and narrow. If you have any difficulty with stairs, this might not be the best option for you. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this Airbnb.

This place was clean and very good location. Ran into a few other guests and was fine. Walkable to a Walgreens for necessities and right next to a charming Main Street. Walkable for me to public transit station. Would stay again.

What I liked was the bed was comfortable, what I didn’t like was that it was on the floor so being over 60 it was difficult getting out of bed, the description of the room lead me to believe that the bathroom was in my room, it was not, it was down the hall, my bedroom was on the 4th floor so I didn’t care for that, the room had an electrical lock which wasn’t always friendly. I would recommend it to anyone under 35 but definitely not senior friendly

The room was clean and comfortable. Our private bathroom was adjacent to the bedroom, not en suite. We enjoyed sitting on the 4th floor roof terrace however carrying our heavy suitcases up and down the stairs was challenging for 2 seniors. The platform beds were comfortable but low. This property is better suited for younger travelers unless you’re very fit.

DEAD COCKROACHES everywhere! I booked this room for my brother for 2 nights, as we were in town for our cousins graduation. It’s a 4 story building with multiple rooms and shared bathrooms. My brother had stayed at our hotel at the Hyatt on his first night so he didn’t actually spend the first night at this place until the next day when he went to this place around 5am and realized the hallway leading to his room was infested with dead cockroaches and the bathroom was worse, with cockroaches on his towel. I reached out to the property manager and offered to send them photos before I put a review in, but they did not adequately try help me or address this issue and they just dismissed it. Instead he repeatedly replied to each message I sent with the same automatic generated response. I gave him an opportunity to ameliorate the situation and offer a solution such as a credit or refund but he was not responsive. I am terrified by the photos my brother showed me and I would never recommend anyone to stay here.
