A spacious bonus room and cozy living spaces offer relaxation, while a fully fenced yard makes this the perfect getaway for families, groups, and your furry friends.

*. Step Disclosure: There are 2 steps at the entrance.

*. Parking Disclosure: There are few parking spaces in the front of the house, free street parking is also available. There is no garage parking.

*. AC Disclosure: A window unit is installed in the upstairs bedroom, and a portable AC is available for the downstairs bedroom. No AC in the living room and King size bedroom. Fans are provided.

*. Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcomed at $100 per pet. Please let us know if you’ll bring any pet and how many. Pet fee beyond one pet is processed manually post reservation confirmation. Maximum 2 pets and 40lb /each.

*. Pet policy: This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.

*. We uphold our cancellation policy as we only have each night available to one group of guests. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your booking.

*. We are in a quiet neighborhood. Party or any form of noisy gathering is strictly prohibited. Quiet hours after 9pm.

*. Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited inside the house. Violations of this policy will result in a minimum fine of $500 per night.

*. Please note that we offer two options to protect both you and the property, ensuring it remains in excellent condition for you and future guests: a non-refundable Damage Waiver for a small fee ($49.5), or a refundable Safety Deposit ($500). As an official partner, these options will be presented to you after booking via our Guest App.

We will be accessible 24/7 for our guests via Airbnb app.

Loved this place. Allen was so great as a host. I was worried about the location and street noise, but it wasn't an issue. The kitchen was well stocked, the washer/dryer were a treat. Rec room was great, and the bedrooms were so comfy. Fully fenced yard, plenty of parking. Would 100% stay again without question.
