Welcome to our cozy Woodinville cottage. A fully detached retreat in a calm and quiet setting designed for two. Ideal for couples, solo travelers, and remote workers who want privacy and comfort in addition to a serene forest setting.

The space:
This is an open studio (~400 sq ft) with a dedicated sleeping area and a comfortable king bed along with plenty of natural light. It's compact by design and just minutes from Woodinville's most popular wineries and tasting rooms with ample room for parking.

Kitchenette
Fully equipped for easy meals and morning coffee: Ninja oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, hotpot, and dishware. There is a small dining table with 2 chairs along with wine glasses and a complimentary bottle of wine provided for guests staying 2 nights or more.

Bathroom
A clean and modern full bathroom with a tub/shower, grab bars, and fresh towels provided.

Laundry & extras
In-unit washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi and a collection of DVDs you might enjoy, Google TV and an Xbox to connect to your streaming services and apps. Forced air heating and a ceiling fan to keep things comfortable year round.

Outside
Step onto the covered timber porch to breathe in the forest air, or relax in the quiet wooded garden setting. You'll have your own private entrance and convenient driveway access with room for 2 cars.

The setting
You're just minutes from Woodinville's wineries, tasting rooms, and dining, (Mathews, Chateau Ste. Michelle, DeLille, Januik, and more). Be sure to check out Hal's sports bar and Sora Sushi along with the magnificent SOMM hotel and Harvest project; the new heart of Woodinville. Trader Joe's, Target, and Haggen are all within a 5 minute drive along with Woodinville's beloved Town Center. Easy access to local trails and surrounded by evergreens and wildlife.

Guests have the entire detached cottage to themselves. It's a fully private space with its own dedicated entrance and parking.

The private covered porch is all yours for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine, along with the surrounding lawn and grounds.

We live nearby and will be easily reachable if you need anything or have questions about the area.

Our cottage runs on its own dedicated septic system, so please flush only toilet paper. No wipes (including "flushable" ones), paper towels, feminine products, food, chemicals, or anything else. There are two wastebaskets inside; just leave a bag outside your door and we'll swap it daily. For laundry, please use the detergent provided. We really appreciate your help protecting the system and keeping everything running smoothly!

You'll likely spot deer, hummingbirds, owls, hawks, and eagles around the property. Please also be aware that coyotes roam the area in the late-night and early-morning hours so if you're traveling with a pet, don't leave it outside unattended, especially after dark.

It's wonderfully quiet out here, and we ask that you help keep it that way by observing quiet hours after 11 PM. The cabin is a small space and isn't suited for parties or large gatherings.

Cell signal can be spotty in the trees, so we recommend connecting to the WiFi for calls which is fast and reliable throughout.

There's ample parking on the woodchip driveway, plus street parking if needed. Please do not smoke anything in the cottage. No open flames or anything that could pose a fire risk are permitted inside or nearby.

Pets are welcome! Just let us know in advance if any will be joining you, and please keep the local wildlife and predators in mind.
