“Convenient location to railway & maritime museum. Be prepared to bring your own tea, coffee, flannel, wash up brush/scrub. Information to operate the oven where not for the model provided, and we struggled to operate the dishwasher, so gave up on that. Also couldn't get the under cupboard lights to work in the kitchen.”

“No ventilation, the apartment has no WINDOWS, accept for 2 roof lights which were too high to reach. The property was booked for 3 people, I rang and confirmed but regardless there was no linen or pillows for the 3rd person.”

“property just down rd from the hard. Hard to find without prior knowledge. Entry was difficult becuase the entry system at first took a lot of doing. It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...

“Arrive to meet host, showed around, clean tidy, perfect communication throughtout the stay. We did have a small issue through the stay and this was dealt with efficiently and promptly. We are looking to stay again in April we were that impressed. Tea and coffee were also provided and soap in the bathroom, this was an added bonus and very welcome. ”

“Location was good walking distance to sea and to some shopsThe stairs are very dark and could do with more lights, and it is very awkward to get the keys for opening the doors, could do with a light at the front door so you can see the numbers on the key pad, and a shame that I couldn't park in the parking bay for most of the stay as someone else was parked in it, very worrying about getting a fine for being parked on the road ”
