The property exceeded our expectations. Even with the beautiful pictures, it's hard to tell what a magical place this is. The house is spacious and welcoming, with every amenity you can imagine. The yard allows plenty of room for throwing a frisbee or playing ball and the docks provide ample opportunity to fish or have a picnic amongst the wildlife (birds and dolphins galore). There were plenty of parking spaces for our families to gather as we planned day-long get togethers with different groups as a way of gifting our time instead of presents this holiday season. Gillian was super responsive and helpful. The house has easy access to sidewalk on US1 for walking/running and is close to so many grocery stores and restaurants. We had a great time renting jetskis and a pontoon boat from a nearby business. Would definitely rent again, as would every visitor we had when they remarked at what a fantastic find this house was!
