That is located in the perfect spot for Sky- Diving, Fishing, Boating, Kayaking, Golfing, and Relaxing on the beach. Close to lots of great Restaurants and Bars right on the Indian River Lagoon. Located on a canal with a private dock for fishing and a kayak launch. Just 5-7 minutes away from Capt Hirams and Earls Hideaway. Just 5 minutes from the Indian River Lagoon & 10-15 minutes from the Beach!

Property was clean and relaxing. Loved the porch and water view. Featured Bikes and kayaks were not quite as expected so we didn’t get to use them, which was disappointing. But the property manager was very responsive. It’s a good location for both Sebastian beaches and vero dining.

Turtle Love

The property was very neat and clean. It was reasonably close to beaches and food. Great neighborhood to walk in. The couch was not the most comfortable and the pillows need updating, but we managed just fine. The turtles out at the dock were great to see. Every time we went out there it only took about 5 minutes before there were at least 20 or so, very peaceful.

Cute place..great yard with wildlife & privacy with nice trees & screened porch. Kayaks were a bonus. Safe neighborhood. Clean. Everything nice...my only issue..and I don't want to call it a complaint..the couch might have been the most uncomfortable I ever sat on. Host was great & easy to reach

Decent Stay

The house was nice, and the kids enjoyed looking for turtles from the dock, but there’s not privacy in from the neighbors. The floors were not clean and there were ants- not ideal with young children. All in all it was a fine place to stay, but when you pay a 150 for cleaning,you expect it to be clean when you arrive. Also didn’t love the request for guests to replace paper towels, toilet paper and soap.

This cozy little house worked well for our group of 3. Short drive to beach areas around Sebastian, Indian river parks and other sights. The area is really quiet, the kitchen is new. Beds were comfy and seating area was great for relaxing and TV. We liked the little dock and the large screened porch. Communication with the host was excellent, and she went out of her way to send us items we left behind. Exceptional.

Sweet spot for a getaway!

The house on Concha was great for a week long get-away for my husband and I! Though it rained every afternoon/evening, we enjoyed our days on the prestine beaches of Sebastian and Vero! We only got to use the kayaks once, due to the weather, and besides the awful bug bites, we enjoyed them very much! The bikes were super fun to ride around the neighborhood on! A few additions to the property could take this property from a 4-star to a 5-star review: 1. More quality kitchen supplies. The measuring cup was cracked, the non-stick skillets are scratched and flaking teflon (buy stainless, they last forever), no baking dish was available (I had to run to Dollar General for a foil pan), and utensil supply was minimal. 2. Provide games, puzzles and books for guest. There are awesome book shelves around the door but no books or games on them. (People read on the beach like no where else in the world!) A few options of games or puzzles for a rainy day, besides T.V. would be ideal. 3. Provide ample beach supplies. There are only 2 beach towels in the closet. If my kids had come with us we would have had to use your nice bath towels. Sand toys and a buggie board or two would be great for kids. There was no beach umbrella but the host allowed us to purchase one and she reimbursed us. 4. King bed in the master would be more appealing for guests and better pillows are needed. Overall, we had a FABULOUS time and would book here again! Thank you for sharing your property with us!

Excellent location, quiet neighborhood.

Check in was easy. Ashley even allowed us to check in early. House is very clean and nicely updated recently. Beds are very comfortable and such a plus to have 2 full bathrooms for the 4 adults in our group. Our favorite spot was the small dock in the back yard, right on a canal.

Awesome place

House has absolutely everything you need. We kayaked right off of the property. Rode bikes on the Jungle Trail, kayaked the Indian River, hiked and explored. Great house in quiet neighborhood.

Fishing in FLA

This is the second time using this property and it's perfect for what we all need. Close to everything we were doing. This is our annual gentlemen's fishing trip and we will be back to catch that big one!
