“Alpine Ranch is wonderful! Clean, quiet, peaceful, everything you could want is provided. Very cozy, comfortable retreat. Lots of birds in a beautiful oak grove, best place for a morning coffee. Excellent location for exploring wine country. We had a wonderful time - definitely coming back. Caroline is an awesome host! Always quick replies, great recommendations, very knowledgeable. Ron is great. Only complaint is that we had to leave! Thank you again for such a great place.”

“We had a lovely stay—Henri’s home is gorgeous. The house and property is breath taking and out of a magazine. The master bed and bath was huge, and the two additional bedrooms were nice. There’s a guest house with a 3rd bathroom. We didn’t receive check in or check out instructions, but Henri was quick to reply when I asked a question or sent a message. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay.”

The only criticism is that the pool was not swimmable. The pool cover broke and so there was so much debris that accumulated on the surface and floor of the pool that it appeared like stagnate water. “We are a group of family/friends gathering together from across the country. We have stayed in lots of rentals. We would not stay here again. The house itself and the location are lovely. There are issues with communication, maintenance, and hospitality. When we arrived the red casita (a studio) had no window shades, and the water in there smelled disgusting and came out of the faucet totally cloudy. “My family had a wonderful, relaxing stay! The house is nicely renovated with a great kitchen, comfortable beds, and a lovely deck that wraps around the house with views of adjacent wineries.
