Fabulous newly remodeled home in great neighborhood of Sun N' Lake Golf Resort. New tile flooring throughout, brand new kitchen, brand new master bath with 2 person whirlpool tub and open shower concept. Outside you'll find a wonderful heated pool and spa along with a fenced-in pet run with a doggie door off the lanai! Wonderfully furnished with comfortable furniture, great beds and linens. Terrific restaurants closeby, as well as all the wonders of the very cool town of Sebring and Highlands County! Antiquing, farmers' markets, tons of shopping, great coffee shops, festivals galore! And most of all, sunshine, sunshine, sunshine!!

What a great house! Clean, spacious with everything you need. It felt like going home. If you are golfers this house is a must stay. Right in the middle of Deer Run golf course located in beautiful Sun n Lake community. Enjoyed the pool and spa daily. Tim and Margarita were gracious hosts and available for all our inquiries. Enjoyed the golf cart to explore the neighborhood. We've stayed at other houses in the area and this is by far the most comfortable. Don't miss out!

A piece of paradise!
The pool was a great hit. Having access to the golf cart and being able to see more of the neighborhood was a treat! The host was very responsive. The home is extremely clean and spacious. It is represented well on the site, but in person shows an even greater beauty. A very nice touch was finding food items in the home available for use. This is a must if you're looking for a relaxing, spacious home.

Stay was way to short
I took my 2 granddaughters to visit family. This house was the perfect location from family and friends, less than 10 miles to everyone we wanted to visit. The house was really nice, we loved the huge dining room table and the huge table at the pool. The house was large enough that all 3 of us had out own rooms with plenty of space to spread out. The master bathroom was amazing, you just have to see it for yourself. We had a blast cruising around on the golf cart everyday.The 5 year old loved the pool and is sad that she had to leave it.Not a fan of the toilet paper and wish the jacuzzi outside was warmer but definitely not a deal breaker.Suggestion: pads for the bottom of the dining room chairs so they aren't so loud when pulling/pushing them in or out.I can't wait to come back!!Already gathering info for next years vacation so I can get this placed booked! See you Summer 2026

A very pleasant stay
We stayed here while we had some work done to our house and enjoyed our home away from home. The house had everything promised and more. Very well stocked, plenty of towels (which is not always the case). The pool and house were very clean. If we ever need to get away in Sebring again, we will definitely be back!

Perfect home away from home.
My family and I spent a week in this lovely home. The neighborhood was peaceful and beautiful. There are so many places to eat and lots of things to do. The owner was nice and very quick to respond to any questions or concerns that we had. We will definitely be back again.

Golf and Pool Bliss
The property is exactly as promised. Excellent location, plenty of room. Great room living space, kitchen-dining-living combined make for ideal socialization. Master suite and bath on one side, king bedroom and twin bedroom on other lends to privacy. Pool area, and pool are great. Kept at a very good temp, 85ish. A golf cart in the garage with it's own door is a cool bonus. All in all a great experience, and the owner, Tim, is OUTSTANDING. He really cares about his guests having a good experience, and communicates just the right amount, and doesn't intrude. Also very responsive to questions and clarifications. Rent this place.....

Property was great, particularly the pool and patio. Great neighborhood. Appreciated the golf cart which made the use of Sun-N-Lake easy! Tim and Margarita were great hosts who were always available for questions or assistance. Would love to return in 2026!

Great house near several nice golf courses.
We truly enjoyed our stay at this property while we golfed three memorable golf courses. The use of the golf cart was fun as well and we took it to dinner at the Island View restaurant. We also enjoyed the use of the hot tub after a day of golf. The neighborhood was safe and communication with the host was easy.

Annual Golf Trip
We had a wonderful stay in your lovely home. All worked out well and communication with the owner(s) was precise and expedient. A special shout out to you for mounting new TV in the outside patio area, it was THE place to hang out! My only minor suggestion would be to upgrade the gas grill. I’m already looking forward to next year’s stay! Thanks again!

Perfect little get away
This house is beautiful! The pool was wonderful. There was a problem with the internet and Tim called me himself to let me know the day before we arrived and had someone come out on a Sunday to fix it. Great communication with Tim. Has whatever you need, even condiments. Quiet and well kept neighborhood. Will definitely be coming back!!!

A home away from home plus more!
Look no further in Sebring! This house offers everything you can possibly need. Communication is amazing from Tim and Margarita with any question or need that you could possibly have.
Check-in & check out are easy as all instructions are very simple.
If you’re looking to stay a couple nights or a week… You won’t be disappointed! You will definitely have the opportunity to relax in this home! The house is remodeled and beautiful throughout. The pool is very refreshing and awesome to have at your fingertips. The golf cart allowed us to get around Sun N Lake’s beautiful golfing community for some nice outdoor rides. We even took the cart, timing it to see the sun set on our way back, to the restaurant .. Island View Lake Front Restaurant & Pub.
Thank you for such a hospitable stay! We look forward to returning!

Relaxing oasis
What a beautiful place. Well exceeded our expectations. We were in town to visit family, and having this space to come back to and relax was amazing. It was well stocked with everything we needed for an enjoyable week. They even had a nice fenced in area for our dog to run. Tim was very responsive to our messages and great to work with when we needed to extend our stay. We would definitely recommend this property and hope to be able to stay again when we are back in the area.❤️

Clean, great location.
This house was very clean when we arrived. The neighborhood was right on a golf course and was very quiet. The pool and patio was a great place for us to hang out. The house felt very inviting to us and we would stay again.

Cool House - nice stay!
This cool house is the perfect stay for a large family as there is plenty of space, both inside and out. Even a fenced in area for Fido! Due to the unusually cold winter, the pool was too cold for us to enjoy as it is solar heated as is the spa. That was a bit of a disappointment, but the house otherwise is recently remodeled and comfortable. Being a bit of a mattress snob, the master mattress was a too firm for us, but the spare room King was quite comfortable. The place was clean and roomy. A fridge complete with condiments that we didn't need to purchase was appreciated. The kitchen is well appointed and there are plenty of towels, sheets, detergent, cleaning supplies etc. The owners are as responsive as any we have rented from. We recommend this 'cool house'!

Quiet and relaxing
Our host was the most!! Place was clean and nice. Host very responsive. I will stay here again down this direction. Amazing place. Super quiet and cozy. Check in was a breeze. We loved our stay!! Thank you!! You guys are awesome! We even had a few basics like ketchup, and stuff
