“Had an amazing stay at Orchid Hotel! Everything was absolutely perfect from start to finish. “This is one of the toughest reviews I have had to write.
I was in the city to stay with my dad for a couple of weeks. We spent the second week in welcomgroup hotel. I’ve stayed at the hotel chain in other cities so knew they have a high standard.
The experience, this time, was mixed. The staff was absolutely fantastic across the board. They offered us every courtesy and convenience we could have asked for. It was a top tier experience in terms of staff willingness to help.
