“Our room was very clean with good amenities. The food was also delicious. Loved the overall service of staff
We also got a spa which was very relaxing
Only thing which got me disappointed that we could not enjoy pool. There was a wedding going on same day, due to which we were not allowed to go to pool area. I had confirmed the pool timings from staff a day before, and they didn’t tell anything like this, otherwise I could have gone to pool a day before”

“This is one of the toughest reviews I have had to write.
I was in the city to stay with my dad for a couple of weeks. We spent the second week in welcomgroup hotel. I’ve stayed at the hotel chain in other cities so knew they have a high standard.
The experience, this time, was mixed. The staff was absolutely fantastic across the board. They offered us every courtesy and convenience we could have asked for. It was a top tier experience in terms of staff willingness to help.

“The hotel was overall okay, however there were a few disappointing issues during the stay. The bathrobes hanging on the door were worn and one unfortunately had faeces stains on it, which was very unpleasant.
