The fully equipped kitchen showcases new stainless-steel appliances, a rice cooker, filtered water faucet, and fabulous red rock views. With convenient access to the covered wrap-around deck—complete with comfortable seating areas and a BBQ grill—you can seamlessly move from indoor dining to outdoor entertaining while soaking in the scenery.

Dining Area:
The dining area features a sizable table with comfortable seating for six—perfect for gathering over meals, game nights, or morning coffee. From here, step directly onto the wrap-around covered deck and take in the amazing red rock views that make Sedona so unforgettable.

Primary Suite:
The exquisitely furnished primary bedroom offers a king bed, 55” Smart TV, and a separate desk area positioned to capture incredible views. The en suite bathroom impresses with vaulted ceilings, dual sinks, a floating vanity, and a stunning walk-in shower featuring two independently operated shower heads.

Bedroom 2:
This serene retreat includes a king-size bed, 55” Smart TV, and a wall of windows that beautifully frame panoramic red rock vistas.

Bedroom 3:
Offering a queen-size bed and 45” Smart TV, this charming room features a private patio complete with a colorful bistro table and chairs—an ideal spot for quiet relaxation.
Bedrooms 2 and 3 share access to a full bathroom showcasing a gorgeous walk-in shower and modern floating vanity.
