Whether you`re gathering for a family reunion, wellness retreat, or special celebration, this exclusive Sedona sanctuary is ideally located just minutes from world-renowned hiking trails, crystal shops, fine dining, and the vibrant art scene. The interior provides an equal amount of entertainment and luxury with a fireplace, open concept kitchen, and dining for many.

The backyard is a resort-style oasis featuring a pool with an integrated spa. It`s designed for entertainment and relaxation, offering amenities for all ages. Enjoy outdoor activities like a full-size pickle ball court, green putt, and full-size playground, or unwind on the expansive patio. The outdoor lounge and dining areas provide ample space for large gatherings and sunset mountain views. Relax in cozy couches or sun bathers with a peaceful vibe. The property also offers, a tranquil lawn perfect for yoga, stretching, or simply soaking in the serenity.

- Enjoy the heated pool and spa. The spa is heated all year round, and the pool is heated all months except December and January.

- The pool and spa area is fully gated, providing an added layer of safety and peace of mind for families with young children. This feature helps prevent little ones from wandering into the pool area, making the home especially kid-safe and family-friendly. If you prefer an open pool area, the gate can be removed in advance and upon request for an additional fee of $250.

- The state-of-the-art kitchen is equipped with a center island, two ovens, 8 burner cooktop, a commercial-size fridge/freezer, and every chef item you could think of to create epic meals for you and your group.

ADDITIONAL RULES:
○ By booking this property, you are agreeing to sign our rental contract & provide your email address after booking so we can send you our rental contract.
○ Upon booking you are also agreeing to providing your photo ID and completing our screening process through Safely.
○ Minimum age of primary renter: 30
○ Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside.
○ Parking is limited to 6 cars in the driveway at the property.
○ Standard occupancy is 16 guests, and maximum occupancy is 18 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.
○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.
○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.
○ Early check-in/late check-out may be available upon request for an additional charge. Written approval is required.
○ For bookings made within 48 hours of check-in, we do our best to accommodate regular check-in time of 4pm but it could be as late as 6pm.
○ The pool is available to heat from February 1st to November 31st. The hot tub is heated year-round.
○ The property is located in a quiet, gated community. For the safety of all residents and guests, all vehicles must adhere to a strict 15 MPH speed limit. Please drive slowly and with caution while inside the development.
