The management company was very responsive and helped quickly with issues. Donna is great. The condo had very nice beds, pillows, and couch. The pool is nice. The condo was very clean. Wifi is good. The issue is the heat and AC is set up weird and a maintenance person had to come and fix it so it wasn't 80 plus degrees with the AC on. The prior week it felt very cold inside even with the heat on. The thermostat said it was 73 in the condo and we were all shivering and had coats on. We are from Michigan where we are used to the cold so we couldn't figure out why it felt so cold when our house at home is kept at 70. Also, the stove burners were not working and it took a week and a half to get them fixed. There is clearly a lot of deferred maintenance. We were here 2 weeks and had three handman visits. The screen door to the patio has a huge gap so bugs get in if it is left open. The shower in the one bathroom will randomly start leaking in the middle of the night. The location is hard to beat and I enjoyed the complex as a whole so ymmv.

This was a really good choice. The Village of Oak Creek is quiet, but full of good restaurants and shoppes, all within walking distance from the condo.Only 7 miles from Interstate 17, it made travel to everywhere we wanted to go easy.The condo was comfortable and well appointed. Anything which caused us difficulty (toaster, Co2 alarm, was taken care of promptly.The views coming into town made it hard to go home. Sedona, Cottonwood are within 1/2 hour; Jerome, Prescott and Flagstaff are just under an hour. Phoenix, the Grand Canyon and Petrified Forest are an easy 2 hours.Parking in the garage space is tight; avoid it if you can - there’s plenty of street parking nearby.Definitely hit: Grand Canyon, Petrified Forest, Montezumas Castle and Well, Cottonwood (Esp Crema and Queen B’s Vinyl Cafe), VOC (Red Chopsticks, Tortas de Fuega, Big Park Bakery), Sedona (Open Range Grill, Cowboy Club, Oak Creek Brewery, Stagecoach) Oak Creek Canyon (Indian Gardens) Prescott (The Palace) Jerome (The Haunted Hamburger) and Flagstaff (Charley’s Pub)Sedona Heritage Museum was great, as was the Copper Arts Museum and don’t miss Tallesin West! Take lotsa hikes, lotsa pictures. Pink Jeep had great Canyon Rides and shopping at Tlapaque was fun. Most walkable downtowns - Cottonwood & Prescott. Parking lot 5 always has open spots and is free; just a short walk into Sedona downtown. DA Ranch is a great winery & tasting room.We has three wonderful, relaxing weeks! Hope the

The home was so cozy and had everything needed. The beds were So very comfortable. Close to everything needed. Grocery store across the street, walking to so many restaurants and shops and can be on a trail within 10 minutes. Loved every part of this stay. Communication was amazing as well. Highly recommend.

Relaxing stay in VOC (Unit C12)

We had a very enjoyable, relaxing stay in the Village of Oak Creek. The unit was as described (clean and comfortable) and we would definitely book it again.

Great property!

The grounds were really nice with pickle ball, a very nice pool/hot tub area and nice grassy areas. Location was great too with lots in walking distance. The condo itself is in need of a face lift but it suited us fine.

Wonderful

Our condo was perfect for us. The property is well maintained and situated so conveniently to grocery shopping, restaurants and just a short drive to downtown Sedona. It was very clean and well appointed; the kitchen well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. It was so comfortable and peaceful. We would stay in this complex again. We really enjoyed our stay.

South of Sedona

This is a lovely condo about 20 minutes south of Sedona. Clean, comfortable bedding and well provisioned for preparing your own meals. The balcony overlooks the tennis courts and nice pool/hot tub area just a short walk. Restaurants and some shops just 5 minutes away. We had an issue with the A/C, but the Emergency contact took care of things quickly and the Property Management company compensated us. We would stay here again.

Oak creek rental

This was our third time visiting Sedona and our first time in Oak creek location. Plus : Stay was nice, rental was as described, oak creek neighborhood has all you need from gas to restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance, rental was clean and the property manager quick to react, rooms are spacious, kitchen stove works fantastic. Minus: Shower and tub are outdated and need renovation but it does the job, the network not very good and need to sign up with your own accounts into various app to watch anything. In the bedroom the TV is set up on the side of the bed so very hard to watch from the bed we didn’t use it. Sedona village only road is packed during holidays season and it takes a good 40 min to get there from oak creek. So the location is not central to the heart of Sedona village. full amount of the rental fee deducted one month prior to arrival, rental advertised with wood chimney at disposal however renters are asked to clean it entirely if used and also to make sure everything else is clean before leaving ( except towels and bedsheets), knowing that we are initially charged in the agreement 100$ for cleaning fees. Overall we enjoyed our stay at the Oak creek rental.

Conveniently located condo in Village of Oak Creek.

The property was well located with good covered parking and access was clear and simple. The check-in time was a bit ridiculous being 4 PM and the unit is pretty much ready for some updating. Otherwise the accommodations were clean and pleasant.

Loved the layout of the property and would have given it a higher rating rating except that there were multiple bugs/beetles inside the unit. We were constantly picking them off the floor and there were even some on the couch. Hot tub isn't working and a resident who lived there said the facility knew it. A king size bed in one of the bedrooms would have been great also then great also because we had to sleep separately. Would probably still stay there again.

Great condo, very clean and quiet. The swimming pool was very cold and dirty.

The condo was very clean and comfortable. The hot tub jets did not work and both the hot tub and pool were very dirty. The pool was not heated , and was very cold. This was disappointing. The management was made aware, and did not turn on the heater.

Great location

Easy check in process and excellent location. We would definitely stay here again. Living room TV is very small but we didn't watch TV anyway. One set of sheets didn't seem very clean, however overall, it was a very pleasant stay And the beds were very comfortable.

Nice Location outside of Sedona

My son and I enjoyed this condo for the soul purpose of proximity to hikes in Oak Creek and Sedona, and it delivered on that! We hiked close to 40 miles in 3 days, and with early bird starts spent very little time in the car. Very nice kitchen set-up, and we appreciated the washer/dryer to clean the red dirt off of socks and hiking clothes. My only suggestion is a map of the property to let guests know where the dumpsters are to throw away the trash on departure. I walked around the (very dark) complex at 5:30 am looking for the dumpster, but I felt I was creeping out other guests with my phone's flashlight feature. Also, Kleenex would be a nice addition in the bathrooms. :)

Beautiful and Spacious Apartment in Oak Creek

Our stay was wonderful! I actually loved staying just outside of the center of Sedona, AZ. It was peaceful and we could avoid traffic so easily. The location of this apartment was fantastic, it was close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. It was also near some amazing hikes. We were very impressed with the size of the apartment as well. Both rooms had access to their own private bathroom which made staying with my newborn very easy. The only issues I had were that a few things could be updated. For example, the shower in my room switched from hot to cold a few times and was needing to be updated (outdated tile, shower door had issues closing) Another item that the property could work on is better lighting when walking to the apartment itself. The path was very dark and some of the path lightings were no longer working. Lastly, I think a nice touch that the property could do is use local soaps, conditioners, and lotion in the bathroom. I was not really a fan of the toiletries, plus having something more local would be a great touch. Overall we loved this place and would stay again.

Supreme location

Very comfortable condo. Pros.. Close to everything. Great amenities if they are open (pool closed a few days of our stay) Cons.. nothing to use for grilling, not much for spices.. no note paper or pens if needing to write grocery list. TV small in livingroom. All in all a great place to stay. Can't wait to come back.
