  • Visit the beautiful city of Sedona and put your feet up at this spacious townhome. Located in a gated community, this rental is perfect for a small group trip or a romantic weekend. Enjoy access to a shared pool, sauna, and hot tub. Be sure to bring your clubs as you will be located off the 6th fairway of the highly reviewed Canyon Mesa Course. This rental is less than a mile from the 179 Highway, where you will find plenty of dining and shopping options. Spend the afternoon shopping at the outlets at Sedona Vista Village or drive over to the Tlaquepaque Arts & Crafts Village, an outdoor market featuring galleries and craft shops. As this area is known for its gorgeous scenery, be sure to hike the nearby trails, Bell Rock & Sedona Trail Zen, less than two miles from your door!

    Take in the sunlight in the open living room, pile on the comfortable couch and chairs, or gather outside on your large deck to watch the golfers on the nearby golf course!

    Things to Know
    Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
    Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
    No trucks, buses, trailers, horse trailers, boats, campers, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, motor homes, or vehicles other than passenger automobiles, pickup trucks, and vans less than 3/4 ton shall be permitted on the property.
    All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
    No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
    In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.
    •Pool and Spa heating can be purchased for an extra fee per day. Pricing can vary, depending on the size of the pool and spa; it can take up to 48 hours to heat. Please reach out prior to arrival if you are interested in adding this amenity.

We had a great experience. The house was beautiful and luxuriously decorated. The beds were comfortable and the furniture was perfect for relaxing. We had great communication with host and the location of the home was ideal for our vacation. Sedona is a beautiful location to vacation and this home puts you in the middle of all of the places you want to see when you are here. If you are coming to Sedona this home is absolutely perfect for your vacation needs.

Super Location

The condo was super clean and well maintained. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. The master bedroom and bath were huge. We enjoyed our time on the deck enjoying watching the golfers come through. The grill was a plus.

We recently stayed at this property for four nights and, while the home itself was clean and well-equipped, our experience was overshadowed by a number of issues that affected our comfort and peace of mind. We arrived at the home at around 7 p.m., after the sun had set. The property was somewhat difficult to locate due to the low-light area and overgrown bushes that obscured the house number. This would likely be less of a concern during daylight hours, but it did make for a bit of a stressful arrival in the dark. Upon entering, we found the home to be very clean and well-maintained, with all amenities provided. However, our first issue arose when we attempted to secure the sliding patio door before heading to bed. Despite several attempts, we were unable to lock the door, ultimately concluding that it was broken. This was a significant concern, particularly because the patio lacks a gate or any other form of security. Given that the door could easily be opened by anyone passing by, we felt unsafe, especially with young children and personal belongings inside. We reached out to the Vacasa team via VRBO chat to report the problem, but we were disappointed that the door had not been inspected and repaired before our arrival. As a result, I had to sleep in the living room to keep watch throughout the night, which was far from ideal after a long drive. Spacious and welcoming, this home was enchanting and full of whimsical and Beautiful representations of local culture. We especially like the kokopeli theme echoed throughout the home. The master bath is spa worthy quality, with a deep tub, open concept, and large sit in shower with dual heads. The kitchen had all the necessities and comforts of a cooks kitchen. The check-in process was smooth, with regular texts from Vacasa sharing pertinent information. We fully enjoyed making memories in this lovely space, and sitting on the peaceful deck. Desert Serenity

This place is lovely! The decor is perfect and there are some beautiful southwest art pieces throughout the home. The pictures don't do it justice. They have everything you need for a stay in Sedona. The country club neighborhood was beautiful and serene. We spent the evenings on the back deck watching the spectacular Arizona night sky. Close to hiking, shopping, and all that the area has to offer without being in the thick of heavy traffic and hordes of people. We came to celebrate my 60th birthday and it was a wonderful place for this milestone celebration. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This listing is outside Sedona by 20 minutes. Quiet area. Pool is seasonal - opens in May. Hot tub broken for first half of stay. It is quite a walk to the pool area. Does have pool towels. Dish cloths would have been helpful. Limited food storage containers. We usually like to pack food for the day. Couldn’t get main TV to work, even with the instructions, which made more time to create more memories and wasn’t important to us.

Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. It was a very nice upgrade over the previous timeshare rentals we've stayed at. Townhome provided ample space and very comfortable. Would definitely rent this place again.

Very nice location and property. Very clean. Comfortable beds. Very disappointed hot tub and pool are only open may-oct and we went in nov and was not informed. No Kleenex, but other amenities were good. Fireplace is also a wood one with no wood in sight to burn. Would stay again just at a lesser price because of hot tub/pool date errors.
