Location, Location! Let the magic of Sedona envelope you as you enter this unique, newly remodeled, midcentury modern vacation rental, located in the heart of the highly sought-after “Up-Town Sedona.” Discover Sedona on foot. Take advantage of this great
location and walk to a microbrewery, entertainment, gift shops, art
galleries, restaurants, coffee shops, Sedona’s Heritage Museum,
meditation center, healing vortexes, and trailheads for hiking and
biking.

This special place is approx. 600 sq. ft. of comfortable and inviting
décor with one-bedroom, one-bathroom, full kitchen, living room, and
dining area. It includes an outdoor patio with BBQ, backyard, laundry
room, and offers complimentary covered parking, high-speed internet, and use of the laundry facilities.

After watching a gorgeous sunset illuminating the majestic red-rock formations from your private backyard, grill your favorites on the deck BBQ. Complete your day by retiring to the bedroom, enjoying the peaceful fireplace while relaxing in your luxurious king-size bed. In the morning, grab your coffee or tea, and enjoy the warmth of the morning sunshine while watching the sun rise over Snoopy Rock.

Your rental manager is available from 8 AM to 6 PM by phone or text for routine concerns and 24/7 for emergencies.

A historic residential neighborhood in the heart of Uptown Sedona within walking distance of locally-owned restaurants, specialty shops, museums, and National Forest hiking trails. While our neighborhood is quite safe, Sedona is a designated dark sky compliant city which means there are few streetlights. So, when walking at night it is a good idea to carry a flashlight.

  • Sedona has some of the best hiking and views you can find in all of the Southwest USA. But my favorite parts of Sedona are the little known secret places, that you can explore and experience without the crowds. This gem is one of those secret locations. Sedona almost never gets snow, and when it does snow, it rarely sticks. So when a giant snow storm shut down the whole city last winter, we were dying to go out and get some epic snow pictures! Locals refer to this spot as the Birthing Cave. It is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the more touristy parts of the city. It is a fairly easy hike to get here, but getting up into the cave is a whole other story! It requires a lot of scrambling, and some serious guts! We had a wonderful stay in Sedona to celebrate mine and my husband’s birthdays. The location of the property was great and a short walk to shops, restaurants, etc. The bed and linens were very comfortable, especially after long hikes. The property had everything we needed for our stay.

Great place in Uptown Sedona

This was a great place to stay and in the center of the action in Uptown. It was very well maintained and stocked with essential items. Bed was comfy and we had no issues. Management is great and communicative. We would stay here again.

Very comfortable and clean accommodations. Great location to Uptown Sedona that you could walk to. Centrally located to easily drive to beaut hiking destinations. Nice amenities, fully stocked kitchen, and great binder of suggestions for your Sedona stay. Would love to book here again!

Perfect place!

Beautifully decorated, cozy and private, yet an easy stroll to shopping and restaurants. At night it was so quiet, and the bed was super comfortable. This was my third trip to Sedona and this was by far my favorite place to stay. I would love to stay here again.

Walkable to town

Nice little place for a couple to call home for a long weekend. Had everything that was needed. Still feels brand new even though its been in a vrbo for 4 years. Nice bed, nice shower, clean soft towels and sheets. Great place. When we come back we will definitely book here again.

This VRBO was perfect! Bed & furnishings all so comfortable and well chosen. Everything was new and beautiful. Plenty of storage. Bathroom was luxurious. Location was so close to everything. Neighborhood was very quiet. We loved our visit. We would stay here again.

Perfect Spot for couple!

Beautifully decorated, immaculate and convenient to coffee shops and stores. We had Everything we needed including coffee pods and creamer. I especially loved the bathrobes that were available for us to use. The owner surprised us with a lovely bottle of wine for our birthdays too. I would definitely love to stay here again.

Perfect for a couple

Listing photos and descriptions are spot on. Very nicely decorated with high quality linens. We didn’t do any cooking but the kitchen appears to be well stocked if you do choose to make any meals. Bathroom is nice, large shower with a rain showerhead. My husband loved that the toilet was not only lit but also had a heated seat. My only improvement would be to add a tv in the bedroom but not sure if possible due to the electric fireplace. The property is a short walk to many shops and restaurants, which is a huge plus due to the traffic. Would recommend to friends for sure. Very pleased with our stay!!

Great location - Convenient, clean, beautiful!

My mom and I stayed here for a weekend, and had a wonderful time. The location was perfect - convenient to hikes, stores, coffee etc. The place was perfect for 2 people; plenty of room to spread out. It was clean and stocked with everything that we needed. If you are planning a trip to Sedona I would highly recommend. We would stay here again next time!

Look no further for a perfect stay in Sedona!

We had an overall exceptional experience at the Dreamcatcher - South. Centrally located in uptown and in walking distance to restaurants. We had lightning fast communication from our host and checking in with the keypad was a breeze. Our host even left us a bottle of wine in celebration of our anniversary! Such a thoughtful unexpected touch. The space itself is beautifully appointed and squeaky clean. We were grateful for the Keurig with pods and sugar and the kitchen is fully equipped with anything else you may need if you have to whip up a meal. The mattress in the bedroom was the perfect kind of firm and we had a great nights sleep. The bathroom had all the toiletries you could need - the shower was huge and my husband was particularly amazed by the light built in to the toilet. (lol) The outside patio is quaint and perfect to sit and have coffee in the morning and soak up the red rock views. The on site laundry was an added plus since we were in a weeklong vacation. I can say with certainty that when we come back to Sedona, we will be staying here. So look no further and book this stay!
