Surrounded by native gardens and panoramic Red Rock views, this private retreat features a sparkling pool, year-round hot tub, and one-of-a-kind interiors designed by an artist and lighting designer!
Whether you’re sipping wine by the fireplace, cooking on the professional range, or watching the sun set from beneath the trees, this is a Sedona experience you’ll never forget!

Step through the arched entry into a home that blends Southwest tradition with global design. Spanish tile floors lead you through an open-plan layout filled with natural light, curated antique furniture, and bespoke lighting and photography by the owners!

The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked and features custom cabinetry, a large center island, and mountain views. Enjoy breakfast in the eat-in nook beside a gas kiva fireplace, or host dinner in the formal dining area under a dramatic sculptural chandelier.

Two living areas offer plenty of space to relax — one cozy for movie nights, the other perfect for reading or conversation.

Sleeping Arrangements
Primary Suite: King four-poster bed, French doors to pool, HDTV, fireplace, ensuite with soaking tub (featuring antique French tile), large walk-in shower, and dressing room

Bedroom 2: Queen bed, private sitting area, Jack & Jill bath access

Bedroom 3: Queen bed, writing desk, garden views

3 Full Bathrooms: Including deep soaking tub, walk-in rain shower, and tiled tub/shower combo

Outdoor Spaces
Your fully fenced private backyard is a tranquil haven shaded by mature junipers and pines. Relax on loungers by the fountain-fed pool, soak in the spa, or gather at the teak dining set for an evening under the stars.

Winding stone paths, flowering pots, cozy benches, and Red Rock views at every turn — this outdoor space is a peaceful paradise.

Please note: (Pool can be heated with additional fee) Hot tub is heated and available year-round with no fee.

The guests will have access to the entire home except for the locked supply closet.

We are not physically located at the property but are available remotely or locally as needed.

Near the chapel area. Convenient location near hiking and biking trails, vortex sites, restaurants, galleries, shopping and more!

It`s best to rent a car in Sedona. Uber & Lyft is limited in the area.

Pack N Play and Highchair available upon request.

We do not accept mail at this address. Due to City guidelines, no mail is allowed to be delivered to the property. It will not be our responsibility should you ship anything to the home to retrieve from the mailbox. Please use the UPS store or an Amazon locker pick-up.

No Pets!

No Smoking or Vaping inside or outside the house. No Exceptions. $500 fine if violated.

Local Quiet Hours are 9 am. - 10 pm. The neighbors may call the police if this is violated.

Due to our dark sky ordinance, outdoor lights must be turned off when you are not outside.

By law, this home may NOT be used for events, parties, or large gatherings.

We regularly see javelina, deer, skunks, and bobcats. Do not approach or feed these animals!

Please do not unplug electronics or move furniture.

Please use your own accounts for Netflix, Prime, etc... Please be sure to log out of those accounts when you check out.

NO FIRES May 1 - October 1. Or any other time the host requests, due to drought or fire ban.

We are not liable for items left behind. $50 + the cost of shipping will be charged for items left behind that require shipping.

HOT TUB & POOL POLICIES:
* Use at your own risk!
* leave floating chlorine dispenser in hot tub / Pool at all times.
* Respect the quiet hours of 9:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.
* No food or beverages in the Pool / hot tub.
* Follow all posted precautions.
* Do not leave children unsupervised at any time.
* Please do not use glassware or breakables at the Pool / hot tub.
* A fee will be assessed to drain and refill the hot tub due to glass breakage, or excessively dirty water in the hot tub.
* After use, please put hot tub cover back on and secure in place.
