Home is ideally located with a view of Elephant Rock from the front and forest-like back yard with sounds of Oak Creek. Access hiking trails and mountain biking trails from the front door.

Location

A gated, private drive welcomes you to a wall of windows that face Elephant Rock. The entire house is on one level with the exception of one of the ensuite bedrooms, which has four steps leading to it. A separate suite has its private entrance as well as one large bedroom with two queen beds and a full bathroom. Quiet, serene surroundings, yet within walking distance of restaurants, hiking, biking, and the creek.

Huge fully stocked gourmet kitchen open to dining and living room. Gas Fireplace, comfortable furniture and rooms open right up to outside front patio and rear deck that overlooks the wooded hills.

Master Bedroom #1
King bed with luxury linens, gas fireplace, steps down 3 stairs, ensuite bathroom with double sinks, Travertine walk-in shower, separate soaking tub (not jetted), walk-in closet.

Master Bedroom #2
King size bed, luxury linens, private full bathroom with tub and shower combo. Leather chaise lounge for quiet reading time.

Bedroom #3
King size bed with luxury linens, full bathroom right down the hall. Private entrance to back deck.

Included Suite
Has its own private entrance, kitchenette, dining/card area, full bathroom, large bedroom with two queen beds.

Guests have access to the entire property including the yard and garage, starting at 4 pm on the day of check in until 10 am on the day of check out.

Plenty of parking in the driveway.

Unique location with red rock view enjoyed from the living areas and quiet serene forest-like vibe from the back. 2.0 miles to Tlaquepaque, easy to ride your bike there. Hillside center with great restaurants approximately a mile away. Great evening walk or 5 minute drive. Walk to Poco Diablo Resort for spa services, restaurant, heated pool etc.

Large, long driveway can accommodate 4 vehicles or an RV. Gated entry is manual. Some of our favorite hiking and biking trails can be reached from the front door.

Rent a car or drive to Sedona, public transportation is poor.

We accept reservations and welcome guests who have at least one 5-star review as an AirBnb guest.

Sometimes there are Javelinas in the yard.

*Please do not hang interior decorations that can cause damage to paint, walls, furniture or fixtures (tape, screws, staples, nails, etc)
*Please sign out of all personal streaming apps you may have logged into such as Netflix, hulu or amazon prime.
*Remove all garbage and perishable items from the home.
*Excessive garbage requiring private service for removal will result in a fee**
*Ensure that all doors and windows are locked. All shades are drawn.
*Please double check that you are not leaving any personal belongings behind. We are not responsible for any items left behind.
*$50 + shipping will be the cost of shipping items left behind.
*Late check out will result in a $100 fee.
*No outdoor fires May 1 - November 1 - no exceptions.
*No Bikes inside the property.



HOT TUB POLICIES:
* Respect the quiet hours of 9:00 p.m. - 9:00 a.m.
* No food or beverages in the hot tub.
*Follow all posted precautions. Use is at your own risk.
*Do not leave children unsupervised at any time.
*Please do not use glassware or breakables at the hot tub. Plastic or paper only.
*A fee will be assessed to drain and refill the hot tub due to glass breakage in the hot tub.
*After use, please put hot tub cover back on and secure in place.
