Listing Space
As morning light washes over Sedona’s red rocks, you can step onto the deck with a cup of coffee and watch the colors shift across the landscape. Evenings invite quiet connection, share stories by the fire pit or soak in the private hot tub beneath a canopy of stars. Sleeping arrangements
Three comfortable bedrooms provide restful retreats for up to 10 guests. The first bedroom features one king-sized bed with two small twin beds on a trundle, perfect for families. The second includes two king-sized beds, while the third offers one king-sized bed. Each room is outfitted with Cariloha mattresses and sheets, clothing storage, hangers, nightstands, and room-darkening shades for a peaceful night’s rest.

Bathrooms
Two full bathrooms include showers, with one offering a tub as well. Heated toilet seats, bidets, and essential toiletries ensure comfort. Hair dryers, towels, and other bathroom essentials are provided for added convenience.

Living spaces
The inviting living room centers around a large sectional sofa and lounge chair, ideal for relaxing after a day of hiking. Enjoy movies on the 75-inch HDTV with streaming services including Netflix, HBO Max, Disney+, Hulu, and Amazon Prime Video. Books and board games are available for quiet evenings indoors.

Kitchen & dining
A fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave, freezer, and Keurig coffee machine. Cooking basics, dishes, and utensils are provided, along with a blender, toaster, and wine glasses. Share meals at the indoor dining table for six or take them outside to the deck’s outdoor dining area with scenic mountain views.

Outdoor living
Step into the backyard for rest and conversation. The private hot tub is available year-round, complemented by outdoor furniture for eight and a fire pit for starlit evenings. A BBQ grill and utensils make alfresco dining easy, while the private patio and deck create the perfect setting for fresh-air moments.

Comfort & convenience
Stay connected with wifi and an ethernet connection, and keep cool or cozy with central air conditioning, a ceiling fan, window AC unit, and central heating. The home includes a washer and free dryer, extra pillows and blankets, and a pack ’n play for families. Safety features include smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

Listing Access
You’ll be in the main house off the main driveway. Turn in to the left and you’ll see the parking signs and the door to the main house. You can access everything on this main level. Listing Notes
Road Construction Update:
5/2/25: The road is now paved, and there is no more dirt path or tractors on the way to the home. Road work is fully complete by this home and is now only up the road.

The hot tub is serviced on Mondays and the maintenance crew has to enter through the home.

Please do not set the AC lower than 75. It will freeze and stop working.
