Guest Access:

Guests have full access to the entire house, except the pantry closet. All amenities listed are available for guests to enjoy! Guests will be given a personal code to access the front door of the house from 4 pm of their check in date to 10 am of their check out date.



Other Things to Note:

Our neighborhood is a safe and quiet, so we ask all guests to be very respectful of their noise levels while staying at Mountain View Lookout, and comply to the dark sky code with all outside lights out by 10pm as well.



Sedona is a desert, so there is an abundance of wildlife, bugs and pests. We pull every stop with pest control and deterrent, however, there will always be a presence outside our control. We recommend to leave gates, doors, and screen-less windows closed. Always pay attention to your surroundings.
