Casa contemporanea con linee pulite, tonalità della terra e un tocco di moderno stile sud-occidentale.  Situato in una zona tranquilla nella zona della Cappella di Sedona, vicino ai sentieri e tutto ciò che Sedona ha da offrire. Vialetto circolare con abbondanza di alberi lussureggianti per l'ombra, ma abbastanza aperto da godere di una vista mozzafiato.  Bonus sul tetto privato con vista maestosa sulla roccia rossa a 360 gradi.  Mentre entri in questa casa nell'incantevole area salotto noterai le grandi finestre panoramiche, i pavimenti in legno, le nicchie di arte contemporanea, l'illuminazione, il ventilatore a soffitto e l'invitante camino a legna.  La deliziosa cucina è completamente attrezzata per tutte le vostre esigenze divertenti.  Il design include elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito, armadi in acero, cucina elettrica, un'isola centrale per la preparazione dei pasti e un bar per la colazione che offre molti posti a sedere per intrattenersi nell'area della cucina davanti a un cocktail o un pasto più formale nella sala da pranzo adiacente con posti a sedere per sei.  Master suite ha un letto king size, illuminazione soffusa, ventilatore a soffitto e porte finestre sul salotto esterno privato con tavolo in ferro battuto, sedie, grill a gas e ombrellone.  Il bagno principale comprende cabina armadio, soffione a pioggia e vasca, elegantemente rifiniti con pavimenti in travertino.  La seconda camera ha un letto king size e la terza camera ha due letti singoli.  Il secondo bagno vanta una finitura contemporanea; pavimenti in travertino e doccia a chiocciola unica.  Questa casa è in competizione con una sala multimediale arredata con comodi divani in pelle, una grande TV a schermo piatto e un tavolo da gioco.  Cerchi spazio di lavoro? - Luminosa area ufficio professionale con abbondanza di spazio per ripiani e schedari per godersi il lavoro lontano da casa.    Con così tante finestre, terrazze e ponti, questa casa è superiore alla maggior parte per godersi le viste memorabili sulle rocce rosse e i tramonti dell'Arizona.

Great stay in Sedona

Nice clean house in quiet subdivision. Beautiful views off the deck above the garage. Plenty of room to spread out. Hiking trails are walking distance. Perfect house for 2 couples who were in town for a wedding and some hiking.

Home Away From Home

This is our second stay at this property in the last couple of years and honestly it felt like we never left the last time. Location is super quiet. This time of year there was little to no traffic. Food/shopping is within 20 mins or less. Love this place so much we'll look to keep coming here when we travel to Sedona in the coming months/years.

Luxurious family friendly house

This house was just as pictured and as advertised. Sooo much room to stretch out and hang out. Beautiful bathrooms and kitchen. The roofdeck view was spectacular. I had coffee up there most mornings and we stargazed a number of nights. Very, very happy with our stay!

Awesome house in Sedona

This house was everything that we had envisioned. Beautiful home located close to Chapel of the Holy Cross with easy access to Tlaquepaque and downtown Sedona. This is a great place to spend a vacation. Spacious and clean with all the amenities. Perfect for families. Awesome rooftop viewing area. Great floor plan that is warm and cozy (we were there in December) All around great stay. I would highly recommend this home and would certainly rent it again

Great Location and Cozy Place

The house was in the perfect location and the deck view was incredible. The kitchen and bathrooms were incredibly well stocked as well and the house was comfortable and cozy. My only feedbacks were the mattresses were a bit hard, the air conditioner was acting up which made the whole house very cold (even when we had turned the air conditioning off?). In addition, the temperature gauge in the master bedroom shower was broken which made the shower really hot. Other then that, we had a great time!

Great place great location

This property location is perfect. Pretty much 10 mins from every part of Sedona. Quiet neighborhood. Had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable, sheets were we soft and didn’t have to get the extras (soap, dish soap, bags etc) as in some vbros. We would preferred a third room with a queen instead of twins, and maybe a tv and fan in every room (only master had it) but everyone’s needs are different. Highly recommend. Booking was super simple and got detailed instructions.

Once again ...

We've stayed here twice, one full week each time and really enjoyed it. The home is spacious, quiet and lovely as is the neighborhood. Our only suggestion is that the seating for watching a movie (whether in the game room or living room) isn't very comfortable. They are lovely sofas alright, but with the short backs without and no foot-rest or ottoman, it's not so great for sitting in for a few hours at a time. We're in our 60s and have come to enjoy and need/depend on comfort that comes with a high-backed sofa or recliner. Otherwise, everything else in the house is just great!

Sedona special

It is a beautiful house. Everything is first class. We enjoyed playing board games on the poker table while having an ear on the football games. Three oldsters in the group were great with everything on one floor. The kitchen was well equipped but we did not locate the cookie sheets. Baked them 6 at a time on a small pan which took awhile but got the job done. Cooked most of our meals because of a severe allergy in the group which worked well. Beds and bathrooms were well-equipped and comfy. Five of us had space to spread out a bit. Gorgeous views and a quiet neighborhood. They accommodated us nicely on very short notice when a prior scheduled stay at another property fell through at the last minute because the house was sold. Could not have been better for our purposes.

Great place to stay in Sedona

This beautiful home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood close to Chapel of the Holy Cross. We really enjoyed the rooftop deck and greatly appreciated the well stocked kitchen as we had everything we needed to cook at the house. Although we encountered a problem during our stay, it was handled in an acceptable manner and we would definitely stay here again.

View to the Stars!

The house was just wonderful. Clean, best equipped kitchen I have ever had in a rental. Comfortable in seating, plenty of;room for everyone. Lovely neighborhood. The best was the upper deck above the garage! We Star gazed every night and watched the skies. It was a lunar eclipse so the full moon was spectacular. We will be coming back🌺

Beautiful Stay

Fantastic location, great views from the observation deck. Neighborhood was very quiet and was ~15 mins from anything you could need depending on traffic. Home was great and the kids loved the game/movie room. Had a great time.

Perfect getaway

House was exactly as advertised. It was extremely clean and well maintained. Perfect place for our family to enjoy our vacation. The management company was very good to deal with as well and kept us updated to any issues or concerns about the property. Would stay here again!

Wife, dog and 1 stayed in this house for a quick getaway to Sedona. House was everything as advertised, comfortable, and had all necessary amenities. We walked to two different trailheads so never had to deal with parking challenges. The views from rooftop deck were spectacular.

Amazing House!

We loved our stay at this property. The home is so beautiful and well appointed. Lovely touches everywhere! The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked and even had some thoughtful extras. Location & Space!

4 of us spent 10 days here and the location and space were great! Due to unplanned snowstorms we spent a lot of time in the game/tv room. So much fun! The house itself is in a very quiet residential neighborhood with walking distance to a few trailheads. It's also conveniently located to Uptown Sedona for grocery stores/restaurants. Due to weather we were unable to use the outside space however on our last night we were able to use the roof deck for some sunset pictures. The house is well appointed, there was anything we needed except for a pair of channel locks to change the gas tank on the grill. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again. The one star for the Property Mgmnt Communication is due to an issue they failed to communicate in advance but resolved. They were great in emailing information (check in/check out) prior to our arrival as well as "places to see/visit" while we there.

Sedona hiking getaway

We are newly retired Minnesotans dipping our toes into the world of retirement. We were looking for a place that offered hiking trails and warmer weather. Sedona was the perfect fit. The house we rented was better than advertised and more than met our needs. It was much larger than expected, incredibly clean, and organized. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, utensils, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable. The views from the rooftop balcony were spectacular. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood with very easy access to multiple hiking trails. The television set in the media room did not work but since we are not gamers that did not pose a problem. We hope to be back next year for a longer duration. Thank you for sharing your home!

Very nice house in a great location. Management team not great.

We chose this house for the theater/game room which the entertainment TV system did not work as expected. We called once with no response at all. I called a second time and after 9 hours of the first call and almost 3 after the second, someone came to the house around 6:30pm. He was clearly unhappy about coming to the house, couldn't fix it, and the management team never reached out again to fix the problem. Very disappointed given that was the deciding factor for selecting this house. The house itself was nice and clean, and in a good location.

Spacious House in great location

This was a wonderful property in a nice neighborhood within walking distance of the Mystic Trailhead and the Chapel of the Holy Cross. The kitchen was well equipped, and overall everything was clean and in working order. Would definitely stay here again.
