La nostra casa sul retro del Creek a Oak Creek, è situata su 4 acri in una posizione isolata e unica nel mezzo della città. Questo è il posto perfetto per le famiglie, una vacanza con gli amici, una piccola riunione di famiglia o per riunirsi per un matrimonio.
La proprietà ha erba rigogliosa per giocare e girovagare. C'è una struttura di gioco per bambini e un trampolino. Un sentiero di roccia rossa conduce giù al torrente per fare un tuffo, saltare pietre, pescare o semplicemente leggere un buon libro. Circondati in serenità dal ponte che è costruito tra gli alberi che si affacciano sulla splendida Oak Creek. Godetevi il frutteto pieno di mele, pesche, albicocche, pere, prugne, fichi e ciliegi, oltre a mora e uva rossa. C'è un barbecue all'aperto e un camino in pietra, un must per godersi una bottiglia di vino mentre i bambini fanno s'mores. Spesso al crepuscolo vedrai cervi mangiare frutta che è caduta dagli alberi. Puoi passeggiare o andare in bicicletta fino ai ristoranti e ai negozi di Tlaquepaque o Hillside, che sono direttamente di fronte all'entrata del nostro quartiere, e offre rinomati negozi e ospita una serie di ristoranti per tutti i gusti, gallerie d'arte che offrono una varietà portfolio di arte, scultura, ceramica e gioielli accanto a boutique che soddisfano la loro collezione di scarpe, moda e arredamento. Porta o noleggia le biciclette per approfittare delle piste ciclabili mozzafiato di Sedona. Da metà marzo a metà novembre è possibile vedere un paio di nidiacei nidificanti che ritornano ogni anno per allevare una nuova covata in uno dei nostri enormi alberi di pioppo.
La casa principale aveva 3 camere da letto e 2 bagni con spazio per 7 e la pensione indipendente ha un angolo cottura, pieno
bagno e divano letto con rotelle che dorme 2.
Un materasso ad aria queen size è disponibile insieme ad un pack 'n play con materasso e seggiolone se necessario.
Goditi tutto ciò che Sedona ha da offrire mentre ti rilassi in un'atmosfera davvero rigenerante.
Amerai alloggiare nella nostra sede principale di Sedona e questa è la prima volta che viene offerta in affitto!

Family visit in September. Five adults and two children. Perfect location, great privacy, room to roam for the kids and adults...orchard, creek, play area (swings, trampoline, etc.). Plenty of beds. Separate guest house was a nice addition for privacy. Good communication with owner. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends. My six-year-old granddaughter summarized: "This place has everything I need—a trampoline, swing set, tree swing, and a creek to play in!"

Paradise in Sedona

The property was well maintained and had outstanding and beautiful surroundings that were in a private setting. The trampoline and swing were great for the kids along with the great hikes along the creek.

Great property for family vacay!

Gorgeous property, it feels removed from everything but just minutes to Tlaquepaque and other Sedona town highlights. Well-stocked kitchen, we cooked nearly every meal. So much to do on site for the kids- playroom with lots of toys, trampoline, swingset, pond with frogs and fish. Hope to visit again!

Hated to Leave!

This property is truly an oasis. We travel to Sedona for a wedding that was held nearby at the Creekside Inn. Although we hiked, biked, & played pickleball at Posse Park, we spent a lot of time relaxing in the gorgeous Creekside setting.We only cooked breakfast and found the kitchen well stocked with cooking and coffee making needs. I recommend adding a day or two to your stay because you will also hate to leave!

An amazing oasis in Sedona

Our family had an amazing stay at John's property. It's truly an oasis - the grounds are amazing. We didn't want to leave. You could easily spend your entire vacation without leaving the grounds, but there is so much fun to be had in Sedona. The house was clean, comfortable and homey - truly the best kind of VRBO experience. We felt instantly at home. You can't go wrong with a stay here.

An incredible place to stay

The pictures really don't do this place justice. It's an incredibly beautiful property. Our group's kids (2, 4, 5, 6) loved wandering around, following leaves as they float on the small river into the fountain, walking down the stairs to the stream, ambling over rocks and exploring. The house is beautiful, the interiors comfortable, some toys there for the kids. Beds are comfy, the kitchen is super well-stocked. So much light coming in too. We visited during spring break and even when there was a rainy/snowy day we had fun just hanging out at the property. We want to go back! Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived at John’s beautiful property, we knew we had found something special. The home is warm, cozy, and inviting—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. Every detail of the house is thoughtfully designed, creating a welcoming atmosphere that instantly felt like home.The casita was absolutely perfect for my son and daughter-in-law, providing them with their own private space, while the rest of us enjoyed the main house. My grandkids were thrilled with the playroom, playground, and trampoline—it kept them entertained for hours! It was also so reassuring to have the property fully gated, which gave us peace of mind knowing the kids could run around and play safely.One of the highlights of our stay was when it snowed during our visit. It was the grandkids’ first time seeing snow, and they were absolutely delighted. Watching them experience that magic was truly unforgettable.The back patio, with its stunning views quickly became our favorite spot. We spent evenings sitting outside by the patio heater, enjoying the crisp air and listening to the peaceful sound of the creek. John’s communication was top-notch throughout the entire process, making everything from booking to check-out seamless. We left feeling completely rejuvenated and are already planning our next trip back. If you’re looking for a serene, cozy, and beautiful getaway, this property offers everything you could possibly want.

Beautiful Location on Oak Creek

This Orchard home exceeded our expectations, including those of our kids (ages 24-30). We waded and hiked Oak Creek, relaxed under the enormous shade trees, bounced on the trampoline, barbequed salmon, and enjoyed the wildlife. The wifi is terrific. Fortunately, the yard, creek, and orchard compelled us to put away our laptops and phones and enjoy being together outside.

Paradise

This is our family's second stay (spouse and in laws) and it continues to be a place of absolute peace, beauty and inspiration. In the heart of the Art district is a little plot of paradise that soothes the soul and brings family back together. The host is a pleasure to communicate with, and we are so blessed he opens this gorgeous homestead for our enjoyment. When i think back on great memories in our lives, the moments at this home will always shine through.
