Guests are welcome to enjoy the main house, private 4-person hot tub, and serene backyard. No access to the separate guest suite/casita—just 10 feet away—this offers additional space to ensure complete privacy. Depending on availability, guests may also occupy the Casita or reserve the entire property as Rancho Rojo Sedona for an exclusive retreat.

Vivid Vacation Rentals has flexible payment options. If you pay by credit card you will be charged an additional 5% credit card processing fee. (For credit card payments, we currently accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DISCOVER. AMEX is not yet available at this time). Deposit: 40% due at booking - Balance Due 61 Days prior to arrival. Cancellations made over 31 days prior to stay: Full refund. Within 14 days of arrival: 50% refund (minus service fee). No refund after 14 days from arrival. All times based on property's local time. (Effective April 1, 2024)
