This single-level home offers three bedrooms and two bathrooms. With 1,530 square feet of thoughtfully designed living space, the home comfortably accommodates up to seven guests, making it ideal for families, couples, or small groups seeking both comfort and convenience.

You will access this charming property through the exterior courtyard. Upon entering the home, you'll step into the main living space, which seamlessly connects the living room, kitchen, and dining area. Guests consistently comment on how bright, open, and welcoming this space feels, thanks to the abundance of windows that fill the home with natural light.

Living Room:
The living room features comfortable leather sofa seating, a Smart TV, and large windows that create a warm and inviting atmosphere. It's the perfect space to unwind after a day of hiking or sightseeing. Please note, the fireplace is non-operational and serves as a decorative element.

Kitchen:
The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, a bright and open layout, and bar-top seating for two. Guests appreciate having everything they need to prepare meals at home, whether it's a quick breakfast before the trails or a relaxed dinner after a day exploring Sedona.

Dining Area:
Located just off the kitchen, the dining area offers a large wood table illuminated by a contemporary-style chandelier, comfortably seating six. With direct access to the private patio, this space is perfect for enjoying meals indoors or stepping outside for easy indoor/outdoor dining.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms:

Master Bedroom — King-size bed, Smart TV, nightstands with built-in charging ports, dresser space, a spacious closet, and an en suite bathroom featuring a dual-sink vanity and a large walk-in shower with a rainfall shower head. Guests often note how comfortable and relaxing this primary suite feels.

Bedroom 2 — Queen-size bed with nightstands featuring built-in charging ports. This room also offers private access to the front courtyard, where guests love stepping outside at night to enjoy Sedona's clear skies using the provided telescope.

Bedroom 3 — Accessed through French doors, this room features a twin-over-full bunk bed. An ottoman that folds out into a twin sleeper provides additional sleeping flexibility, making it a favorite for kids or extra guests.

Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
