Welcome to Sedona Trailhead Suites D, a freshly refurbished condominium nestled in the heart of West Sedona! With direct access to hiking trails right from your doorstep and just a short walk to Carroll Canyon Trailhead, this home is a haven for outdoor enthusiasts and biking groups alike. Conveniently proximate to renowned attractions, shopping hubs, and dining locales, it offers the perfect blend of adventure and comfort for those eager to explore Sedona's natural marvels. The Suite is a 2-minute walk from Sunset Park, which features a seasonal splash pad, 2 tennis courts, basketball and pickleball courts, and a 1/10-mile trail to the Coconino National Forest. The park offers 2 free EV charging stations (4-hour limit) and is open 24 hours.

This cozy second-floor condo spans 510 square feet, offering 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, ideal for comfortably accommodating up to 2 guests.

First time

First time to Sedona. Good location in terms of being close to everything. Very clean and comfortable. Mentioned in other post recycling next to location so a bit of noise there, but not bad.

Well managed property with friendly prompt service not a great location

I planned a return trip to Sedona with my husband after a fantastic visit with my business group. The most important thing to me was a cozy place with great views. The pictures of the property were misleading to me. It looked like there was a private patio and that there were great views of the red rocks. The place was very clean to be sure and the service was prompt and friendly. But I would not rent again. The location is in a somewhat commercial area next to a recycling location so lots of noise and not a neighborhood feel at all. And the apartment felt very sterile and not like a home which is why we choose VRBO. For the price, if you don't care about those things, the company is great to work with and the place is clean and new.

anniversary hiking adventure

The suite is brand new and beautifully done. Every amenity is in place including a red rock hiking pass.. thank you owners! The space was perfectly organized and arranged for maximum convenience and comfort. We did have an issue with tv connection but i am 100% confident, that if it mattered to us, the property manager would have been over in a minute. They were so nice before and after our stay. Everything i would rate a 10 plus. The reason i gave less to location is because some people might not like that it was located close to industrial sites. But for us, again it was perfect. We were up and on trails at 7:30 and it could not have been better for that. I would call it a hiker/biker dream location. It also has a beautiful trail system right out your back door! We will definitely stay here for our next trip!

Amazing!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick trip for his birthday. It was perfect! The location, the layout, the cleanliness… everything! It was in a neighborhood close to everything we needed or wanted. The bonus was a trail located right at the property. The staff was easy to communicate with and answered all our questions. The condo was stocked with everything we needed and then some. I would give it 20 out of 20 stars!
