The character of this hotel was nice. The room was very nice and clean. The views from the balcony were great. Breakfast was tasty and a wide variety to choose from. East check in and out.

The bed was very uncomfortable. The "mountain view" looked out over the parking lot and partially faced the street. The breakfast was mediocre at best. Overall, the price paid for this room ~ $399 per night was too high for what we got. One bright side was the maintenance guy got the jets to function in the hot tub.

We love staying at Boutique Hotels, and this one did not disappoint. Love the quiet location, close to but not in the downtown area, so Uber is affordable, but you still get a good night’s sleep. The room was very clean and private, we didn't hear guests in the adjacent rooms at all. The Inn is just 2 blocks from one of the 3 Sedona Shuttle locations which will take you to the trailheads for free, alleviating the need to hassle with driving and wasting your time being unsuccessful in finding one of the limited parking spots. The breakfast area was very tidy with simple and healthy food options to start your day. Loved it, would definitely stay there again.

We loved this hotel. Beautifully decorated room - warm and ambient. Loved the colors and furniture. Fireplace in room. The view was beautiful. So quiet. Never hear another guest. Great shower - very clean bathroom and room. This was the nicest experience we have ever had at a hotel.

We had some maintenance issues with our room. Ceiling fan not working properly. Wall lamp was not secured properly to wall. Felt floors could have been much cleaner. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. Extremely happy with the location.

I thought it was overpriced. Everywhere in town is overpriced, to be fair. But for what you got, a nice motel, but no where near a 5 star property, comparitivly speaking, I still think it was overpriced.

The property has a virtual check in machine that simply does not work. I checked in around 10:30PM and as it was late I was helped by a virtual lady. The communication was poor, her micro wasn’t working, it took a while but she finally managed to print the room keys, which were not working so I had to come back and start over. Annoying process. I was traveling from Las Vegas and they have such an amazing and friendly check in virtual machine at the hotel… Be aware to arrive early to your check in!

Well kept Inn with a very nice simple breakfast included. The property is close to the street however and traffic can be noisy at times. Everyone we contacted with the staff was friendly and helpful.

I thought perhaps this was more of a resort. But our room was just fine. Clean. Huge bathroom area. But definitely a motel type place on a main road. Breakfast was actually better than expected. So I would recommend. A little pricey compared to another condo we stayed in

The rooms, were very clean!!! Staff was excellent, i was very suprised the window seals literally had 0 dust/dirt not even in the corners, u can tell the staff cares about cleaning rooms, not like alot of other hotels.. we were very pleased, beds and pillows very comfortable. We travel alot and this is the 1st time we have stayed here, we will definitely be coming bk..

Convenient location to area. Rooms were a bit old and we didn’t receive our VIP items. Had to ask for pickup items for the room. Only one chair in room that was wobbly. Fridge froze all items even though we turned it down. Breakfast was just a continental. Not what was advertised. Pictures of property a little disappointing. Lobby had a virtual front desk person. Windows in dining area needed cleaning.

Nice place to stay but overpriced
I chose this hotel because we liked the unique decoration. I liked it when I checked in and saw what I saw on the website. But a few things did not meet my expectations. One of the night lamps was not working but they failed to fix it while we stayed two nights. Also, the bed frame and mattress were not as good as I expected at this price. The staff was kind and the breakfast was also good. Overall, it was a nice place to stay but I think it is pretty much overpriced.

ゴールド会員特典となっている、 アーリーチェックインが出来ない。 PM1:45に到着したが、PM3:00過ぎに来るよう 言われた。 アップグレードも無し。 ワインも無し。 Hotel.comのバウチャーは、日本語表記のみため、GOLD会員である事が、バウチャーから判別出来ない。 他社のサイトは、日本語表記と、英語表記があるため、GOLD会員であることが証明されるが、GOLD会員の証明が不可能。 GOLD会員特典以外は、満足です。 部屋には、暖炉の他に暖房もあり、オシャレ。 雰囲気がとても良い。 早く出発出来ないのが残念。

Das Southwest Inn liegt direkt an der der Hauptstraße. Nacht bzw. am frühen Morgen wird man vom Verkehr auf der Straße geweckt. Die Unterkunft ist eine Hundefreundliche Unterkunft. Dies hat sich in unserem Zimmer durch den Geruch bemerkbar gemacht. Auch hatten wir vom Frühstück ein wenig mehr erwartet. Einen roomservice gibt es erst nach der vierten Nacht. Für den Übernachtungspreis haben wir ein wenig mehr erwartet.

Cozy and quaint
Front of hotel didn’t exactly look like the pictures as advertised or I imagined something different but seeing the room was very clean, cozy with a fireplace and small outdoor patio. We were checked in by a kiosk where a woman showed up on the screen and she said she was located in the Philippines which was alittle weird but after requesting a room on the 2nd floor for a better view she made it happen. The hotel was located near restaurants, shopping and wineries.
