Nota: stiamo offrendo uno sconto del 20% per il 1 giugno al 1 ° agosto 2019! 'Panoramic Heights' è un grande (3000 piedi quadrati), costruito su misura, lussuoso sud-ovest (in stile pueblo), in un'esclusiva area esclusiva di West Sedona. La casa è stato recentemente arredato e decorato con un elegante tema sud-ovest tra cui arte nativa americana. Con 11-piedi soffitti in tutto, 'Panoramic Heights' è spaziosa e lussuosa, con incredibilmente splendidi, senza ostacoli, vista panoramica su famose formazioni di roccia rossa di Sedona e montagne. La casa ha nuova moquette e piastrelle, e cucina e bagni hanno splendida piastrelle su misura in tutto.

Panoramic Heights ha due ali camera da letto (Split floorplan), con superficie abitabile centrale (sala grande). Abbiamo recentemente sostituito la vasca idromassaggio nel 2015 sotto il nostro gazebo fuori patio posteriore. La casa dispone di tutti i comfort di un resort a quattro stelle, ed è perfetto per riunioni di famiglia, occasioni speciali di famiglia, o un intimo rifugio per due.

Pareti di finestre con viste panoramiche spettacolari - con le più famose formazioni rocciose rosse di Sedona: Thunder Mountain, Passo del Soldato, Chimney Rock, e Coffee Pot Rock. Una breve passeggiata lungo la strada dalla casa porta ad uno dei punti di osservazione più panoramiche e sentieri a Sedona, così come un vortice!

La cucina gourmet ha sotto zero frigorifero ed elettrodomestici Jenn-Aire, ed è completamente attrezzata per il cuoco gourmet.

La master suite ha un letto matrimoniale, divano letto, grande bagno padronale con vasca idromassaggio di grandi dimensioni e doccia piastrellata separati, cabina armadio, e TV a schermo piatto. La master suite si apre su un patio privato con una magnifica vista di roccia rossa. Le altre tre camere da letto hanno una regina, regina e due letti, divano letto e rotelle. Tutti i letti sono biancheria da letto di alta qualità, tra cui lenzuola di alta qualità e accoglienti piumini.

La casa è piena di libri, musica e film per il vostro uso. Abbiamo anche una culla, seggiolone, passeggino e zaino per trasportare un bambino fino a 40 chili, giocattoli e video per bambini, per l'uso!

Abbiamo anche, accesso internet wireless ad alta velocità per gli affittuari.

distanza 'Panoramic Heights' è a piedi a diversi sentieri bellissimi, e breve distanza (meno di cinque minuti) per i sentieri escursionistici roccia rossa a Sedona! Anche a piedi o un breve tragitto in auto da negozi e gallerie, ristoranti gourmet, escursioni in jeep, e due campi da golf. Questa è veramente una casa speciale - perfetto per la vostra vacanza speciale!

Absolutely unforgettable stay!We had an incredible time at this beautiful home—it truly exceeded our expectations. The panoramic views from the living room and master bedroom were nothing short of breathtaking, and soaking in the hot tub while taking it all in was pure bliss. The house was spacious and comfortable for our group of seven, with room to spread out and relax. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—close to everything, yet peaceful and private. We especially loved the easy access to stunning sunrise and sunset spots just a mile away. We’re already dreaming about coming back!

This home in Sedona was outstanding. Not only are there incredible views from the living room windows, but from a porch as well. It was spotlessly clean and had a well-equipped, well stocked kitchen. We greatly appreciated the lovely decor which gave it a homey feel.

The home was amazing, everything we could have hoped for and more. Spacious layout with ample sleeping and lounge areas, perfect location. The host communicated early and often. The images do not do this home justice

This home faces an amazing view which might be overshadowed only by the helpfulness of the host who has prepared information about directions from the Phoenix airport, favorite sites within a day’s reach, favorite family and upscale restaurants…..who could wont for more? Ah, the wildlife (think javelinas) that grace the neighborhood are a great additional touch. I have stayed at more than a few VRBOs and this one is at the very top of the list of amazing places.

quiet serenity in the middle of everything

This home is both extremely quiet with amazing red rock views and in an amazing location near the center of town. The windows and natural light are absolutely fantastic. This home is particularly well stocked with disposable items: laundry detergent, paper products, dishwasher detergent and kitchen cleaning supplies. The hot tub is great. We enjoyed the front patio seating/table to watch the sunset (this was a nice surprise b/c not in the photos). We would have preferred a higher quality mattress in the main bedroom and TVs with more modern connection types to watch downloaded/streaming movies. Overall, you will not be disappointed with this choice. Even our teenagers were impressed.

Red Rock Beauty

Outstanding panoramic views of Sedona's iconic red rock formations as you stand in the living room with huge windows. Gas fireplace, three bathrooms and four bedrooms make a comfortable retreat in this quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed the nearby hiking trails and gourmet restaurants, as well as preparing meals in the well appointed kitchen. Check out the Mesa Grill just up the road. This was our second stay, and we will be back!

Fantastic home

This place was perfect for our two families to spend 5 days in Sedona. The house has an amazing view from the living room, is well apportioned, and is in a great location for hikes, mountain biking, and short trips into town. The photos online undersell the home as it is in person. We appreciated that the kitchen gad some spices and dry goods for use so we didn’t need to purchase salt, pepper, dish soap, hand soap, and other everyday items. The beds were comfortable for the four adults and we were able to easily accommodate the 5 kids between the remaining beds. One red rock pass and garage access were available and appreciated, but we kept forgetting to use both. Sedona is amazingly beautiful and can’t imagine anyone regretting spending time there.
