Stylish Townhome on Golf Course Red Rock View

Come stay and relax at this newly renovated townhome situated on Canyon Mesa Country Club golf course. Enjoy this luxurious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with access to the community pool, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts. Have 5 people in your group? We have you covered with a rollaway bed available for your use. Master your cooking skills in a well-equipped kitchen then have your meal on the outdoor deck or dining room table. You are steps away from the golf course surrounded by spectacular red rocks of Sedona.

Bedroom and Bathroom:
King master bed with master bathroom. Wall mounted TV with streaming capabilities.
Queen guest bed and full bath separated. Wall mounted TV with streaming capabilities.
Washer and dryer in unit. Private courtyard and deck with outdoor furniture.

Amenities:
Access to the Hot Tub is open and heated year-round. The pool is open and heated from April 15th thru November 15th (unless winter season arrives early). Please follow the pool and community rules.
Pack N Play and Highchair available. A blowup mattress and pump is provided in the bedroom closet if needed (no pullout bed in couch). Rollaway bed also stored in the closet. Electric BBQ on front porch. Highspeed WIFI for your convenience.

Golf:
Canyon Mesa has been ranked the 19th best short course in the United States per Golf Advisor! Book a tee time through Canyon Mesa Golf Club for a small fee.

Parking:
Uncovered parking available on first-come/first serve basis. There is many open parking stalls within the development and always plenty available. Please do not park in any covered stalls, as they are reserved.

Amazing Townhome

We had a wonderful girls trip and really enjoyed exploring Sedona and the Verde Valley wine country. The town house was absolutely lovely. It had everything you could need for a girls weekend away or for a much longer visit. The grounds were absolutely beautiful and we really enjoyed the sunsets from the front patio. Each evening we went for a nice stroll on the paths around the golf course. We also really enjoyed some time in the hot tub and pool area. Our host, Connor, was very responsive to every question we asked and also provided wonderful information on where to have a great dinner/lunch, various hikes, and other areas of interest. We will definitely come back and plan to stay here again. The townhome was decorated beautifully and the beds were so comfortable! All in all, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

Great place

This townhouse was a great location for exploring yet in a quiet area. The unit itself was very quiet, comfortable, clean, and well stocked with needed items in the kitchen and bathrooms. Owners very prompt and nice in all my contacts with them. Highly recommend it.

EXCELLENT!

Been renting vacation homes for the last seven years, and Connor and Curt are easily the best hosts we've ever had. Their communication was exactly what you'd want it to be. They provided all the info needed, and were very quick to respond to any questions, etc. The property was exactly as described: it was so clean, the decor was refreshing and relaxing, the casita and surrounding community were quiet, the pool was great, and the people we interacted with were lovely. Among other things, we really enjoyed sitting on the patio for morning coffee and for meals. Our family of five had an excellent time. Truly, we didn't want to leave. We definitely hope to be back, and would absolutley rent from them again!

Top notch townhouse

The communication was excellent. Connor was a great host. He allowed us to check in early as we had been traveling for 10 hours. The place was clean and very well appointed. Beautiful and clean and also had a beautiful spot to sit in the outside overlooking the golf course. Fabulous place!

Beautiful

We had an excellent stay, this unit is on the golf course and it was nice and quiet. The unit is beautifully decorated and well stocked - kitchen had everything you need, there are extra towels and blankets. The unit is easy to find and close to grocery store. We enjoyed evening walks through the community taking in scenic views of Sedona. Looking forward to visiting again!

Wonderful Hospitality!

This was very much a home-away- from home! The owners went above and beyond in providing various amenities that are not typical of most properties. The communication was exceptional and we were provided with names of restaurants, hiking trails, sites, etc. We would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay near Sedona!

Birthday celebration

We had a wonderful time celebrating our daughters birthday. The home was lovely, everthing as discribed and pictured as well as extras such as games, books, pool noodles and make-up towels. The view of the golf course, mountain, and bee-utiful purple tree were amazing from the patio. I enjoyed sitting on the patio morning or evening listening to natures sounds and fountain water from the course pond. After exploring Sedona it was wonderful to come to our home away from home. Connor and Curt gave detailed information, was easy to contact and be in communication with, he made us feel right at home and was ready to assist if needed. Thank you Connor for checking in and making our stay delightful. Highly recommend and will stay again. Blessings The B's 🐝
