SCONTO SETTIMANALE Splendore in piscina, vista "Coronado-II" Walk To Country Club House

"Coronado-II" (NUOVO su VRBO nel luglio '17) ti da la tua "riserva" privata e presenta viste spettacolari di cielo e roccia rossa. Infatti, tutte le 4 delle nostre sedette piscina "Sedona" hanno vista diretta della magnifica Roccia di Gunsight e 2,8 miglia dalla famosa Cattedrale Rock e dall'esclusiva Red Rock Crossing. Ma "Coronado", in particolare, è 1. 5 miglia dalla famosa Bell Rock. "Coronado" siede anche a 400 metri dalla casa club del club di campionato di Robert Trent Jones a 18 buche (pubblico) ed è il prossimo vicino al nostro "Apache Gunsight" (VRBO 186011). Così coccolare in lusso all'aperto, ombra e sole, terme e passeggiate di fascia alta. Uscire fuori dalla porta d'ingresso e in 2 minuti per essere al primo tee-box, la Oak Creek County Club House, il green, o Redstone Restaurant (campi da tennis nelle vicinanze). Coronado è il tuo resort privato di lusso. La piscina privata ha anche un fondo PebbleTec Prism Blue e cascate decorative. 'Coronado-II' è anche a pochi minuti da numerose guide popolari, negozi e famosi ristoranti. Questa villa di Sedona dispone di 5 camere da letto - un maestro re, un ospite re (con twin sul muro opposto con wifi a due ginocchi sotto), e la camera 3 è dotata di un re, e la camera 4 ha un letto singolo "Queen" E in basso) e una doppia sul muro opposto, e la Guest Room 5 ha un unico 'Queen' a castello superiore e inferiore. (NOTA: queste ultime 2 stanze su 5 sono fuori dal lato del garage). Ci sono anche due divani letto: un divano letto Queen e Full-letto in camera familiare. I materassi Premium sono stati aggiornati in tutto (abbiamo messo da parte i materassi dormienti e aggiornati con fascia superiore). Internet wireless, 4 HD TV via cavo, inclusa. Sedona Vacation
We had a wonderful time in Sedona. This home was great! We loved the beautiful pool and used it a lot! The location was in a quiet neighborhood but close to everything we needed. Jeff, our host, was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this property.

Tranquil Friendly and Close to Everything
This is the place for us! Thanks for letting us stay for our summer vacation and we'll be back. Home is a short walk to two major golf country clubs and is wide open. Very good value compared to others we looked at with pools and 5 bedrooms, which was great for our kids and grandkids. A quarter-mile to the Sedona "village" they call it and about 15 min from Sedona "downtown". We liked the "village". Less traffic. Very near all the best hiking like Oak Creek and Cathedral rock and can even early morning hike and run on the golf courses by the house or have an afternoon wine at the club house restaurant. What we liked best? It's not in heart of downtown Sedona and tourists. This is why it worked incredibly well for us, our kids and grandkids. Such a tranquil peaceful area Easier to get to the wineries too since you back track on 179 for a mile and then cut through Cornville. Grand Canyon was only about 1.5 hours north too - if you back track on 179 to the 17. Thank and again we'll be back.

High School Boys basketball tournament success
Thank you Jeff and Eli for a stay that can be described as no less than perfect. We had a high school basket ball team of 15 boys and everything with this property was easy! The check in, the location, the convenience of groceries, accommodations, direction for pool/hot tub, EVERYTHING! Your kind concern and communication with us was so thoughtful! We hope to stay with you again.

Wonderful Property And Layout
This home was truly wonderful for our families, with just the right amount of open space combine with being in-one-home with great layout so that we could spread out and be apart from separate families when we wanted. Great furnishings and pool and hottub were fantastic with a great patio veranda overhang to protect us from sun at lunch and dinner dinings outside. The host was very helpful with our questions and we will definately stay here again. Location is great for the local hikes at Cathedral Rock and Bell Rock and stores/restaurants in The Village, they call it. Bike rentals and ability for a short walk to golf course, Oak Creek Country Club, which my husand did too while we were out with car etc. Thanks so much for having and will come back in fall.

Lovely Home, Pool, Sky And Area
We had an fantastic extended family vacation here and couldn't ask for a more wonderful and welcoming home. Spacious, inviting, with views of Gunsight red rock, and close to hikes at Bell Rock and Cathedral Rock and rental bike shops just a quarter mile down road. Large supermarket also nearly walking distance. And within walking distance is the Golf Country Club we played at and practiced on driving range and sat at their grill to watch sunsets. Also loved this part of town, since traffic in other parts looked excrutiating, so we think its a well chosen location. We will definately be back. And our kids loved the pool and jacuzzi. Thanks again.

Sedona Stay
Overall an excellent experience. The few issues we did have were promptly dealt with by the owner, and he was very effective with communication. We thoroughly enjoyed the comfort and flexibility this house affords, with the indoor and outdoor space and amenities. In particular, we enjoyed the outdoor area - both the jacuzzi and pool, in addition to the covered lounge and eating area.

Amazing place!
We had such an incredible stay at this house and it was by far one of my favorite vacation rentals I’ve stayed at! The house was immaculately clean, in a great location, the beds were very comfortable, and communication/check in was super easy. Having the pool and hot tub was so wonderful and someone even came and cleaned them on our first morning there! The house was perfect and a great place to relax with very easy access to all Sedona has to offer!

Home not taken care of.
Looks like a nice home but it’s clearly a property the owners don’t put any money into. Second bath looks like a bathroom from a roadside Hwy hotel. Shower head and knobs are barely functional. Screen door to the back yard was broken. Blinds falling down in master bedroom. Pool was dirty and had Algae and mineral build up on the walls. Many old leafs in the pool and spa. Remotes missing for TVs and gas fireplace didn’t work. No bbq scraper. All these things are unexpected for a VRBO especially with the price tag. All and all the place worked out just not the full experience our family wanted for a spring break trip with the price tag. Think twice before renting this one.

Great house in a perfect location
We loved staying here with our two kids and a bunch of adults. The kids loved the pool and swam everyday. It’s located right next to some amazing trails and also the golf course which was ideal for some of our family. It was also nice to be out of the hustle and bustle of Sedona but still close to everything. The house is nice ~ we didn’t realize the two bedrooms were through the garage but they worked well for the kids and us. The house could have been a bit more stocked and things like toilet paper and salt but other than that we have no complaints. Jeff even had the pool preheated for our kids when we got there which was much appreciated. We would definitely stay here again!
