Viste fantastiche di Capitol Butte e Coffee Pot Rock proprio fuori dalla porta di casa! Il soggiorno ha un divano in pelle e due poltrone in pelle. Casa da sei posti letto e comprende camera matrimoniale con letto king size e bagno privato, seconda camera con letto matrimoniale e terza camera con due letti singoli. Tutte le lenzuola, lenzuola e lenzuola sono nuovi di zecca. Cucina completamente attrezzata con forno a microonde, forno, piano cottura, macchina per il caffè, pentole e padelle con bancone e zona pranzo. House ha Smart TV via cavo e Netflix, internet ad alta velocità, lavatrice e asciugatrice full size, aria condizionata centralizzata e cortile con barbecue a carbone e tramonti spettacolari. Ponte anteriore con alcune delle migliori viste a Sedona. Ottimo per escursioni, golf, mountain bike e relax. Molto vicino a negozi di alimentari, ristoranti ed escursioni.

What an awesome little home with an absolute INCREDIBLE view off the front balcony. We didn't cook anything while there so I can't say much about the kitchen appliances. Bathrooms are nice, toilets are low. Queen bed is firm, king bed is plush, uncertain about the twin beds. Impressed with how clean the place was, and no weird smells when we walked in. House is far enough away from the main road but a couple minute drive to just about everything. The driveway is STEEP....parking brake for sure!Robert made the check in process seamless. The welcome book inside explains everything, gives suggestive eats and hikes, and a thorough step by step check out process. A few board games that we indulged in after a long morning/afternoon hike. We unfortunately forgot a kindle and Robert messaged right away. Thankfully we were able to run back to the house to get it. Thank you for sharing your home with us, will hopefully be back soon!!!

Others have commented on the steep drive and that's no joke! We ended up parking on the street at the bottom (which was fine). But the steep drive is what gives this house a spectacular view from the porch and living room of Capitol Butte. We saw the colors change at sunset right from our living room! Rooms were spacious and furniture comfortable. Plenty of linens and pillows and cookware. Would highly recommend! 10 minute walk to food or public transport (Verde Shuttle) if needed. Quiet neighborhood.

This rental is in a great location within a quiet neighborhood and has a gorgeous view. The home is cozy and had plenty of room for our family of 6. The home is well stocked with some pantry staples, coffee, and extra towels if needed. The host was kind and communicated well. I definitely would recommend this rental to others who are looking for a place to stay in Sedona.

We had enough linens and kitchen gear. The coffee Keurig maker did not work as it needed descaling. The towel rack needed to be repaired to be properly secured to the wall. Overall, great views! .

Please read why... I really feel bad about giving this location 3 stars because its truly a good value, great location, and an AMAZING view. A 5 star stay, in my mind, is one where I am really "WOWed" by the property and amenities, 4 is Great, and 3 is good enough. Property is very conveniently located, has a great view, was priced fairly, and was a comfortable stay, but it could use a few things to bring it up to a 4 star stay. Again, it was a comfortable home base and a good value! The driveway was not an issue for us at all in our mid sized SUV. If low clearance, just cut the wheel to approach/leave at an angle at the bottom of driveway.The home does not allow pets, but when we arrived there was a very strong cat odor. (I love cats, please don't be upset with the cat). We opened all the windows for a few hours and I placed dryer sheets in each room to mask the smell, which worked really well and I didn't notice the smell again until it was time to leave and we removed all the dryer sheets.While the house was tidy, and "clean enough" to be comfortable, I'd compare it to a hotel stay in a high - traffic hotel. The bedding and surfaces are clean, but it really needs a deep cleaning. The blinds were dirty, there was grime on the doors, the bedding had a big stain (but it was clean), etc. The fireplace is not usable, while not a big deal... I was excited to see the place had a fireplace in the pics. The pots/pans were pretty beat up. Could use a few upgrades.

This was a great house in a fabulous location. The view from the front deck is stunning. The house was very well stocked with all the essentials. Hiking trails within walking distance.Be careful of the one section of the front deck that needs to be repaired. The showers are quite slippery. But these things did not ruin our vacation.

The house was adequate. Good area. The driveway is quite steep and not much fun to navigate. We did see a rather bold mouse that felt comfortable enough showing itself and just hanging out in the kitchen with regular frequency. We alerted the homeowner who mentioned sending a handyman to set traps, however I can't confirm that happened because I never received a notice from the handyman or the homeowner that someone would be coming to the house. Additionally, I didn't see any traps set when we returned home. The view from the living room is as advertised, it's stunning.

Great location- treacherous driveway

The house is in a great location with incredible views! Other reviews did not exaggerate about the driveway. Amenities could use a little updating but beds have varied levels of firmness so could accommodate various needs.

Two couples stayed for a week! Great little house with a GREAT view!! Very clean, close to everything you want to see in Sedona! I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Sedona area!!

What a View!

This was perfectly located for what we wanted to do and the view from the front deck was spectacular. If you are up with the sun you are able to watch hot air balloons take flight and enjoy the sunrise. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and even BBQ’d one night (charcoal grill). Being able to do laundry was helpful too. Lovely neighborhood and house manual was full of useful information.Highly recommend the Visitor’s Center for suggestions and ideas of what Sedona has to offer. Very helpful and pleasant staff there.We hope to return!
