“Very nice apartment, very kind host!”

“Proprietario molto disponibile”

“Clean room close to train station. But there was no hot water the 1 night I stayed. The staff knew about the problem and were trying to fix it. No shower the next day.”

“Very nice accommodation close to Milano Centrale. Quiet and well appointed.”

“Property is nice and clean. Good sized unit and it is close to all the shopping and central points of Milan. Issue is the shared kitchen and if the other guests don’t want in honour the 10:30 quiet period it is extremely loud as the kitchen is just outside your door. Neighbouring guests were a young family that decided 12:30am was dinner time during our stay. Otherwise the stay was great and the manager was incredibly supportive.”

“What a lovely experience, unlike anything I have been in Milano.extremely homey and loved the fact it is in a typical milanese courtyard and on a central street with great shops Aldo loved having a gym and a spot to work in the gorgeous lobby Will return!”

“We stayed in the Bach room and it was very run down and looked nothing like the photos. It was old and worn and there were mosquitoes slapped on the walls with other people's blood. There were no curtains or doona and the word Royal and Luxury should not be used in the description. We paid quite alot too and felt rather decieved. There were also homeless people sleeping out front amd it felt very unsafe”
