"Vista assente per via di una pellicola sui vetri, ma la stanza recupera punti grazie all'ottima pulizia e a un letto davvero comodo."

"Essendo un 5stelle ci si aspetterebbe decisamente di più. La colazione a buffet è così così, i bagni della piscina con un forte bisogno di rinnovo, la piscina piccola e praticamente sempre all'ombra, con solo 4 sdraio visto il poco spazio. Stanno poi costruendo un grattacielo davanti che toglie ogni panorama e luce. Ma il punto più ssurdo è la loro policy camere: ho prenotato una camera 2 adulti + 2 bambini, specificandolo. In fase di prenotazione nulla mi è stato chiesto se non l'età dei bambini: mi hanno assegnato una camera con un solo letto matrimoniale e per ogni letto aggiuntivo erano 20 eu extra che però ho scoperto solo in fase di check-in. Praticamente aggiungendoli avrei pagato quanto un altro 5 stelle decisamente più bello e con i letti per tutti gli ospiti. Prima volta che mi capita che per "policy" sia dato un letto per 4 persone! "

"We checked in very late but the groom was not fully prepared for our arrival. There was no towels, there was dust everywhere and bedsheets have probably not been changed from previous guests, since there were hair and dirt.when we asked for the towels, the staff provided us with a used towel taken from the pool area. And when we notice that, we asked for a new one but we never got it. Breakfast was ok but the tables have not been cleaned before us and we did by ourselves. That’s a pity because the hotel is well located and rooms are nice "
