“Chloe (front desk) was simply wonderful. We arrived tired and hungry due to a 4 1/2 hour delay in Dallas and the non-existent airport to hotel transfers advertised on Expedia which caused use to scramble to book a last minute rental car. She made check-in a breeze and was able to assist with extending our stay when our departure flight was cancelled due to weather.
