“I can't review the room because we never made it past the front desk. Our prepaid reservation was canceled right in front of us, and no one could give us a clear explanation why. We contacted Expedia, and they confirmed everything on their end was fine. The only option we were offered at the front desk was to pay again—with no refund—for a downgraded room. I stepped outside to finish the conversation with Expedia. They placed me on hold while they contacted the hotel to try to resolve the issue....
