“Lovely setting and family friendly. Staff were lovely. Our room was clean, however the hallway carpets and floors are tired, worn and appeared dirty. While it is difficult to keep common areas clean in a setting where there is a beach, more cleaning is required. Families were enjoying the beach and kayaks but we chose not to due to Canadian Geese on the grass and beach areas…wondering about the cleanliness of water in shallow areas. Our waiter was lovely but it took an hour for our butter...

“We arrived to a quick check in with staff holding open the doors for us and offering to help with our luggage. We arrived to a spotless room which was well furnished and comfortable. Dinner followed in the main dining room with a scrumptious meal including wine, salad, dessert and a unique main course. Returning to our room after a walk, we found the air-conditioning was not working. I let the front desk know and they sent someone immediately to fix the situation. Staff informed the General...
