“We have stayed here many times in the past and always loved it, which is why this review makes me sad to write. Every time I visit Puerto Rico, this is the only place I stay. Unfortunately, from what I understand, there is new ownership and the quality of service seems to have declined. The gentleman who checked us in was kind and helpful, but when we arrived at the villa around 8 PM, the front desk was already closed. The villa had not been cleaned properly. “Not sure if there was a vending machine, ice maker or microwave. It would be great to have some kind of food when it is late at night. Not sure if they have a kitchen where they could be a microwave and ice maker. I did not ask for these, but also there were no sign of them having them. There is only one electrical outlet, so a power cord would be helpful. Other than that, it is a beautiful place with nice, beautiful rooms. I would definitely stay in this place again. I definitely recommend...

“Stanze rumorose , sopra una sala giochi dove si fa musica tutte le sere fino a tardi, e stanza senza finestre!!! Pressione della doccia scarsa, e pulizie da rivedere. Assolutamente bocciato ”
