In summary: authentic historic property (as rustic as you could get!); spacious living quarters and massive, accommodating outside spaces; a sense of entire privacy within the grounds; stunning views (in particular while lazing about the wonderful pool); remote enough, nestled in the hills above the charming village - a 20 min walk to amenities. The owner/staff were particularly helpful & reassuring (by text or in person, however needed)...

“We had a fantastic stay in this wonderful house i Grasse. Great location - very close to beautiful main town of Grasse. We were looking for an old house with a lot of character, and this was exactly what we got. We were a bigger family of 14, but it worked great with all the bedrooms - in 2 different floors and 2 wings on the 1st floor. Good bathroom. Big and well equipped kitchen. “small but convienent house with lot's of space outside and nice view on the moutain. Private space as house is located at private road under the village. We enjoyed and had confortable times as we did daily trips to the river loup, the beach, villages and so on so thank you Guy and Noelle”

“Das Haus liegt etwas abgelegen in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend. Ein schönes und großzügiges Grundstück mit vielen Olivenbäumen, tollem Pool, großer Terasse und einem Bouleplatz.Mit der tollen Aussicht kann man sich hier hervorragend erholen.Das Zentrum von Flayosc ist fußläufig erreichbar, so dass man täglich frische Croissants genießen kann oder in kleinen Restaurants den Tag ausklingen lassen kann.Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet.Alles in Allem ein toller, erholsamer Urlaub!”
