“We found La Bastide to outshine any expectations. In summary: authentic historic property (as rustic as you could get!); spacious living quarters and massive, accommodating outside spaces; a sense of entire privacy within the grounds; stunning views (in particular while lazing about the wonderful pool); remote enough, nestled in the hills above the charming village - a 20 min walk to amenities. The owner/staff were particularly helpful & reassuring (by text or in person, however needed)...

“We stayed in this Wonderfull house for 8 days and it was the best time spent. The house is so beautifully furnished and there is so much love in it by the owners. Some vacation rental homes usually are very spars on furniture but you can clearly see the the owners also use their home in France privately. I can only recommend this wonderful retreat for people looking for peace and quite. Also the near by village of Seillans is so lovely and romantic. ...please don't go there - because I will want...

“Das Haus liegt etwas ausserhalb und hat eine herrliche Aussicht über die bewaldeten Berge. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig, man hört nichts. Da es keine Lichtverschmutzung gibt, kann man sehr gut die Sterne beobachten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserem Aufenthalt. ”

“We hebben heerlijke weken gehad in het huis van Stephane. Het contact verliep soepel en hij was goed bereikbaar tijdens het verblijf. Het huis was voorzien van alle gemakken, binnen en buiten! Binnen is het een compleet en sfeervol huis met goed voorziene keuken, lekkere bedden en ruime kamers. Het zwembad werd goed onderhouden en was heerlijk met het warme weer. Erg fijn dat het zwembad lager ligt dan het huis met kinderen (1 en 2 jaar). Bij het huis zit je onder de bomen lekker in de schaduw....
