“This place is nothing like the reviews I looked at. It was disgusting, from the lobby area to the rooms. There were dirt finger prints all over the doors, a dirty sock next to the bed in our room, the sheets were very worn to the point they were so thin it was see through in spots and only a very thin blanket on top. “To the Red Lions staff credit, they were VERY nice. They were very understanding. However, who ever owns this hotel needs to do some serious maintenance and or renovations. We stayed in rm 226. We have photos for proof. There was black mold and mildew throughout our bathroom. The carpet was pulled away from the wall. There was condensation rings on the night stand. Our room was not cleaned properly. The sheets on both beds were top sheets not fitted. The duvet was two top sheets and thin...

“Dishes and utensils (steak knives) were not clean. Otherwise, the stay was very good. Standard fare for the breakfast.”
